关于12月大学英语等级考试关于12月大学英语等级考试有关事项的通知教通[ ]102号各学院：全国大学英语四、六级考试定于12月19日（星期六）举行。
上午9:00—11:20进行大学英语四级考试，下午3:00—5:20进行六级考试。
现将本次考试的有关事项和要求通知如下：一、加强考前的考风考纪宣传教育（一）各学院应采取召开学生大会或主题班会等多种形式对考生进行守纪教育、道德教育和诚信教育。
（二）切实有效地组织考生学习《全国大学英语四六级考试考生守则》、《国家教育考试违规处理办法》。
（三）按要求无一遗漏地组织考生于12月18日之前签署《诚信考试承诺书》，恪守承诺，诚实应考。
二、加强考前培训（一）12月18日（星期五）下午4:10，在综合楼一楼阶梯教室召开考务会，由学校副主考讲解监考人员操作程序及具体要求，监考教师务必准时到会！考务会结束后即可领取考场门签和座位标签。
（二）监考教师必须严格执行《全国大学英语四六级考试监考员守则》、《全国大学英语四六级考试监考员操作规程》，在监考工作中切实履行职责。
（三）根据国家考试中心的规定和要求，两位监考教师必须同时前往领交试卷，请监考教师遵照执行。
三、按照学校相关要求，切实做好考试期间甲型H1N1流感疫情防控工作:（一）做好教室的消毒工作。
（二）凡考试期间仍在医院进行隔离治疗的甲型H1N1流感确诊病例和疑似病例考生不得参加本次考试，请学院提前做好解释工作。
（三）考试过程中，如监考教师发现体温≥37.5℃的考生，请及时与教务处巡考人员联系，以便妥善处理。
四、领交试卷时间和地点（一）领取试卷的时间和地点1．领取大学英语四级考试试卷的时间和地点⑴时间：12月19日上午8:30⑵地点：①考场位置在二号楼的在二号楼1－5教室；②考场位置在五号楼的在五号楼1—11教室；③考场位置在七号楼B区的在七号楼B区106教室；④考场位置在七号楼C区的在七号楼C区106教室；⑤考场位置在综合楼的在综合楼122教室。
2．领取大学英语六级考试试卷的时间和地点⑴时间：12月19日下午2:30。
⑵地点：①考场位置在七号楼B区的在七号楼B区106教室；②考场位置在七号楼C区的在七号楼C区106教室。
（二）交回试卷的时间和地点考试结束后，监考教师必须仔细清点试题册和答题卡，并按准考证号顺序整理后立即将试卷交回领卷地点。
五、注意事项（一）大学英语四级考试入场的时间是12月19日上午8:45— 9:00。
（二）大学英语六级考试入场的时间是12月19日下午2:45— 3:00。
（三）迟到考生不得参加考试。
开考后考生不得提前交卷离开考场。
（四）各位考生必须携带本人身份证、学生证、准考证和必要的文具入场参加考试，如：铅笔（涂答题卡用）、黑色签字笔、橡皮。
身份证遗失的考生必须到保卫处开具身份证证明；学生证遗失的考生请尽快到学生处补办。
身份证、学生证、准考证不齐者，不得参加考试。
（五）听力考试前和听力考试结束后，考生不得戴耳机答题！（考试不设听力教室，考生须自带耳机参加考试，没有耳机的学生或者耳机有问题的学生请提前向其它同学借用）。
（六）严禁携带任何书籍、笔记、资料、报刊、草稿纸以及各种无线通信工具（如寻呼机、移动电话）、录放音机、电子记事本等物品参加考试。
否则，学校将按照《国家教育考试违规处理办法》进行处理。
（七）考生进入考场时须主动将身份证、学生证、准考证递交监考教师查验。
并把事先签署好的《诚信考试承诺书》交给监考教师。
进入考场后按座位标签对号入座并在座次表的相应位置签名。
（八）考试中严格遵守《全国大学英语四、六级考试考生守则》，服从监考教师的安排，独立思考，认真答题。
（九）考生入场时，监考教师必须严格查验考生本人的身份证、学生证和准考证，证件不齐或各证件相关信息不一致者，不得入场考试。
（十）监考教师必须检查并禁止考生携带违规物品入场，提示考生将随身携带的违规物品放到指定的“考生物品摆放处”，告知考生携带违规物品考试将以违纪舞弊论处。
要求考生对号入座后在座次表的相应位置签名，并收齐考生签名的《诚信考试承诺书》。
六、考场安排（一）四级考场位置：001—027考场在二号楼；028—072考场在五号楼；073—108考场在七号楼B区；109—136考场在七号楼C区；137—146考场在综合楼。
（二）六级考场位置：001—032考场在七号楼B区；033—050考场在七号楼C区。

二、必须按规定的时间（上午8：45开始，下午2：45开始）入场，入场开始15分钟（即上午9：00，下午3：00）后，禁止入场。
入场时必须主动出示准考证以及报名时交验的有效身份证件（考生要出示的有效身份证件为学生证和下列证件之一：居民身份证、军人及武警人员证件、户口本、公安户籍部门开具的贴有近期免冠照片的身份证号码证明、护照等），接受考试工作人员核验，并按要求在考场座位表上签名。
三、只准携带必要的文具入场,如铅笔(涂答题卡用)、黑色签字笔、橡皮。
禁止携带任何书籍、笔记、资料、报刊、草稿纸以及各种无线通信工具（如寻呼机、移动电话）、录放音机、电子记事本等物品。
考场内不得擅自相互借用文具。
四、入场后，要对号入座，将本人准考证以及有效身份证件放在课桌上，以便核验。
五、答题前应认真填写答题卡中的姓名、准考证号等栏目。
凡答题卡中该栏目漏填涂、错填涂或字迹不清、无法辨认的，答题卡一律无效。
六、在考试结束前禁止提前退场。
七、必须严格按要求做答题目。
书写部分一律用黑色字迹签字笔做答，填涂信息点时只能用铅笔（2B）涂黑。
只能在规定考生做答的位置书写或填涂信息点。
不按规定要求填涂和做答的，一律无效。
八、遇试卷分发错误或试题字迹不清等情况应及时要求更换；涉及试题内容的疑问，不得向监考员询问。
九、在考场内必须严格遵守考场纪律，对于违反考场规定和不服从考试工作人员管理者，取消考试成绩并按校纪校规处理。
十、考试结束铃声响时，要立即停止答题，将试卷扣放在桌面上，待监考员允许后方可离开考场。
离开考场时必须交卷，不准携带试卷、答题卡离开考场。
十一、自觉服从考试工作人员的管理，不得以任何理由妨碍监考员进行正常工作。
监考员有权对考场内发生的问题，按规定作出相应处理。
对扰乱考场秩序，恐吓、威胁考试工作人员的将移交公安机关追究其责任。
附件2：《国家教育考试违规处理办法》有关条款1、考生不遵守考场纪律，不服从考试工作人员的安排与要求，有下列行为之一的，认定为考试违纪，取消该科目的考试成绩。
（1）携带规定以外的物品进入考场或者未放在指定位置的；（2）未在规定的座位参加考试的；（3）考试开始信号发出前答题或者考试结束信号发出后继续答题的；（4）在考试过程中旁窥、交头接耳、互打暗号或者手势的；（5）在考场或者教育考试机构禁止的范围内，喧哗、吸烟或者实施其它影响考场秩序的行为的；（6）未经考试工作人员同意在考试过程中擅自离开考场的；（7）将试卷、答卷（含答题卡、答题纸等，下同）、草稿纸等考试用纸带出考场的；（8）用规定以外的笔或者纸答题或者在试卷规定以外的地方书写姓名、考号或者以其它方式在答卷上标记信息的；（9）其它违反考场规则但尚未构成作弊的行为。
2、考生违背考试公平、公正原则，以不正当手段获得或者试图获得试题答案、考试成绩，有下列行为之一的，认定为考试作弊，今年参加考试的各科成绩无效：（1）携带与考试内容相关的文字材料或者存储有与考试内容相关资料的电子设备参加考试的；（2）抄袭或者协助她人抄袭试题答案或者与考试内容相关的资料的；（3）抢夺、窃取她人试卷、答卷或者强迫她人为自己抄袭提供方便的；（4）在考试过程中使用通讯设备的；（5）由她人冒名代替参加考试的；（6）故意销毁试卷、答卷或者考试材料的；（7）在答卷上填写与本人身份不符的姓名、考号等信息的；（8）传、接物品或者交换试卷、答卷、草稿纸的；（9）其它作弊行为。
3、教育考试机构、考试工作人员在考试过程中或者在考试结束后发现下列行为之一的，认定相关的考生实施了考试作弊行为，今年报名参加考试的各科成绩无效：（1）经过伪造证件、证明、档案及其它材料获得考试资格和考试成绩的；（2）评卷过程中被发现同一科目同一考场有两份以上（含两份）答卷答案雷同的；（3）考场纪律混乱、考试秩序失控，出现大面积考试作弊现象的；（4）考试工作人员协助实施作弊行为，事后查实的；（5）其它应认定为作弊的行为。
4、考生有下列扰乱考场及考试工作场所秩序的行为之一的，终止其继续参加本科目考试，今年参加高考的各科成绩无效；考生的行为违反《治安管理处罚条件》的，由公安机关进行处理，构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究刑事责任：（1）故意扰乱考点、考场、评卷场所等考试工作场所秩序；（2）拒绝、妨碍考试工作人员履行管理职责；（3）威胁、侮辱、诽谤、诬陷考试工作人员或其它考生；。
