Many teenagers like playing computer games. I have a friend called Jack. He has a headache and sore eyes. Besides, he has a sore back and can’t sleep well because of playing computer games for a long time.

Here is some advice for him. First of all, I think it’s a best way for him to do more sports instead of sitting there in the same way for too long. Then, he can also listen to music to relax before going to sleep. What’s more, it’s important to develop a healthy hobby such as playing basketball, reading and so on.

If he does as I say, I believe he will feel better.
