人教版八年级下册英语unit8作文全文共10篇示例,供读者参考篇1Hello everyone! Today I want to tell you about Unit 8 in our textbook. It's all about "Adventures in the wild". Sounds super cool, right? In this unit, we learned about different kinds of adventures like hiking, camping, and rock climbing. We also learned about the equipment we need for these adventures, like tents, sleeping bags, and ropes. And we even talked about how to stay safe in the wild, like always telling someone where you're going and bringing enough food and water. My favorite part of the unit was when we read about a woman named Aron Ralston who got trapped in a canyon and had to cut off his own arm to escape. It was so intense and inspiring! It made me realize how important it is to always be prepared when you're out in the wild.I also loved doing the role plays in class, where we acted out different scenarios in the wild. It was so much fun pretending tobe lost hikers or injured climbers. It really helped me understand how to stay calm and make smart decisions in tough situations.Overall, Unit 8 was really exciting and informative. I can't wait to go on my own adventures in the wild and put everything I learned into practice. Who knows, maybe one day I'll have my own amazing survival story to tell!篇2Hey guys, today I want to tell you about Unit 8 in our English textbook. It's all about sports and healthy living. I know some of you might not be big fans of sports, but remember, staying active is super important for our health! In this unit, we learned about different sports like basketball, soccer, and swimming. We also talked about the benefits of exercise and how it can help us stay fit and strong. It's not just about looking good, but also about feeling good on the inside.I personally love playing basketball with my friends after school. It's a great way to have fun and stay active at the same time. Plus, it helps me de-stress after a long day of studying. We also learned about healthy eating habits in this unit. Eating lots of fruits and veggies, drinking plenty of water, andavoiding junk food are all important for our overall health. I know it can be tempting to reach for those sugary snacks, but trust me, your body will thank you for making healthier choices. So, let's remember to stay active, eat well, and take care of our bodies. Let's be the best versions of ourselves and live our lives to the fullest. I believe in each and every one of you! Let's stay healthy and happy together!篇3Unit 8 is super cool! It was so realistic, I felt like I was really there! We also learned about space exploration. Did you know that scientists are planning to send people to Mars? That's so crazy! Ican't even imagine what life would be like on another planet. Maybe I'll be an astronaut one day and go on a space mission. In conclusion, Unit 8 was so amazing! Isn't it amazing that we can buy anything we want with just a few clicks on our computer or phone? We can get clothes, toys, books, and even food delivered right to our door. It's so convenient! But we also need to remember that technology can have some downsides too. We need to be careful about spending too much time on screens and not enough time with our families and friends. And we need to be aware of cyberbullying and scams online. In conclusion, technology is great and all, but we need to use it wisely. Let's enjoy all the benefits it gives us while also staying safe and responsible. That's the key to living in a digital world! So that's all for my essay on Unit 8. 初三英语作文1到14单元

初三英语作文1到14单元

初三英语作文1到14单元Unit 1: My New SchoolAs I stepped into my new school, the air was filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness. The school building was grand, with its red brick walls and tall, arched windows. The corridors echoed with the chatter of students, each trying to find their way around. My first day was a whirlwind of new faces, new classes, and the overwhelming feeling of starting something fresh. The classrooms were bright and inviting, equipped with modern technology that promised a more interactive learning experience. I was particularly impressed by the science lab, where I imagined conducting experiments that would unlock the mysteries of the universe. The teachers were friendly and approachable, making an effort to remember our names and make us feel at home. I remember the English teacher, Mrs. Smith, who had a knack for making grammar lessons fun and engaging. The school also offered a variety of extracurricular activities, from sports teams to clubs focused on arts and sciences. I joined the debate club, hoping to improve my public speaking skills and learn the art of persuasion. As the days turned into weeks, I began to feel morecomfortable in my new environment. I made friends with classmates who shared my interests, and we supported each other through the challenges of middle school life.In conclusion, my new school has been a journey of growth and discovery. It's a place where I'm learning not just academically, but also about the importance of friendship, teamwork, and embracing new experiences.Unit 2: My Favorite HobbyMy favorite hobby is painting. It's a form of expression that allows me to pour my emotions onto a canvas. I love the way the colors blend together, creating a visual symphonythat tells a story without words.I started painting when I was ten years old, inspired by the vibrant works of Van Gogh and the dreamy landscapes of Monet. Since then, I've spent countless hours in my makeshift studio, experimenting with different techniques and styles.Painting is a therapeutic activity for me. It's a time when I can escape from the pressures of school and life. When I hold a brush, I feel a sense of calm and focus that is unmatched by any other activity.I also enjoy the process of creating something from nothing. It's rewarding to see a blank canvas transform into a piece of art that reflects my thoughts and feelings. In the future, I hope to share my passion for paintingwith others. I dream of having my own art exhibition and perhaps even teaching art classes to inspire the next generation of young artists.Unit 3: A Day in My LifeA typical day in my life starts with the sound of myalarm clock at 6:30 AM. I groggily get out of bed, brush my teeth, and start my day with a healthy breakfast to fuel my body for the day ahead. After breakfast, I head to school, where I attend classes from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. My classes are a mix of coresubjects like math, science, and English, as well aselectives that I'm passionate about, such as history and art.Lunchtime is a break from the academic rigor, where Icatch up with friends and enjoy a meal. The school cafeteria offers a variety of options, but my favorite is the homemade pizza day.Once school is over, I often participate in after-school activities. This week, it's the school's soccer team practice.I find that sports are a great way to relieve stress and stay active. In the evenings, I spend time on my homework and thenrelax by reading a book or watching a movie. I also make sure to spend some time with my family, sharing the events of the day and enjoying each other's company. Before bed, I like to reflect on the day and plan for the next. It's a simple routine, but it brings a sense of order and satisfaction to my life.Unit 4: My Favorite SubjectMy favorite subject is English. It's a subject that opens up a world of literature, language, and communication. I find the study of English to be both challenging and rewarding. The beauty of English lies in its ability to convey complex ideas and emotions through words. I enjoy reading classic novels that transport me to different times and places, allowing me to experience the lives of characters from diverse backgrounds. In addition to reading, I also love writing. Whether it's creative writing or academic essays, the process of crafting sentences and organizing thoughts is something I find deeply satisfying. My English teacher plays a significant role in nurturing my interest in the subject. Her passion for literature is contagious, and she encourages us to think critically and express ourselves confidently.I hope to continue improving my English skills and perhaps one day, write a novel of my own.Unit 5: My FamilyMy family is the cornerstone of my life. It consists of my parents, my younger brother, and me. We live in a cozy house filled with laughter and love.My father is a doctor, known for his dedication。

Quotations of the authorThe worst thing about being a tourist is having other tourists recognize you as a tourist. In an age when the fashion is to be in love with yourself, confessing to be in love with somebody else is an admission of unfaithfulness to one's beloved.任教课程年月日An educated person is one who has learned that information almost always turns out to be at best incomplete and very often false, misleading, fictitious, mendacious—just dead wrong.6. The Great Depression(The Great Depression is what we refer to the global economic recession between 1929 to1933 ,which ,especially in the US, is usually identified with the stock market crash of 1929.during that time ,some towns in the U. S. , Canada and Germany even introduced their own scrip during the Great Depression. and the societies are full of sorrows.)One of the most critical economic periods in the United States history was the Great Depression. A majority of the U.S. citizens did not know much about the Depression. The only information that they knew was what they read from textbooks. Many citizens never really had to face the hardship like others were forced to face. Growing Up by Russell Baker is an autobiography on the problems he and his family endured during this era.Causes of the Great Depression:Speculation in the 1920s caused many people to buy stocks with loaned money. The stock market boom was very unsteady, because it was based on borrowed money and false optimism.Politicians believed that business was the key business of America. Thus, the government took no action against unwise investing.Stock Market crash on October 24, 1929 (black Thursday)Misery and personal sufferings were widespread.Living conditions changed when multiple families crowded into small houses or apartments.Unemployment rate was very high.Thousands went hungry.Children suffered long term effects from a poor diet and inadequate medical care.Women continued to doing women’s work such as nursing, and even if they wer e able to get an industry job which seldom hired women, they usually were paid less than men.Part Three Text Appreciation1. Theme of the storyIt is the responsibility of both parents and children to bridge the generation gap. On the one hand, young people should have more interest and respect of what their parents stand for. On the other hand, old people should show understanding to young people’s great interest in the future.2. Structure of the textPart 1 (1-45) about: Understanding of a mother from a son’s point of viewPart 2 (.46-53 ) about: Understanding of children from a father’s point of viewPart 3 (54--55 ) about: Meeting of the two views3. Life was a struggle, a fight, a battle for survival, for salvation, and for the glory of God. Only by hard working can one be successful in the end. Those who were lazy, timid, loitering and afraid to tell others the true feelings were losers of the life.(3)How did the author react to his mother’s senility from a son’s point of view?at the beginning I could not accept the inevitable. My impulse was to argue her back to reality.later I soon stopped trying to argue her back to what I considered thereal world.(I) tried to travel along with her on those fantastic journeys intothe past.(4)Question: What made the author change his reaction to his mother’s senility? At the beginning, he tried to argue his mother back to reality from his point of view because he believed that his mother being a normal person would be better for her and her family. But later when he began to look at it from his mother’s point of view, he understood his mother was much happier when she could travel back to her childhood when she was loved and needed. So he would like to travel along with her into her past and understood his mother more.(5)How did the author understand the relationship with his children from a father’s point of view?in the past I had developed the habit of lecturing them on the harshness oflife in my day.I tried to break the habit, but must have failed.now Between us there was a dispute about time.(6) Question: What does the author mean by “a dispute about time”? (53)It is one of the reasons why there is generation gap between parents and children. The parents always like to talk about their past to the children because that was once their “future” they dreamed of and struggled for. But for the children, they are indifferent to the parents’ “future” because it is past for them. They are now dreaming for their future. This is the dispute of time.Further questions on appreciationWhat happened to the author’s mother at the age of 80?
