【摘要】Traditional vehicle‐monitoring system couldn’ t provide precise services for monitoring in some critical situations due to the less precise positioning and line maps .Based on the reality of the development of public transportation system in the city ,this paper ana‐lyzes the construction of intelligent vehicle monitoring platform based on Beidou high‐preci‐sion positioning and high‐precision lane maps .Combining the relevant technologies ,inclu‐ding Beidou/GPS satellite positioning technology , geographic information technology and video monitoring ,with the requirement of building information platform of public transpor‐tation ,this platform provides intelligent vehicle‐moni toring services to achieve the manage‐ment ,monitoring ,tracking and scheduling of all types of public vehicles .%传统的车辆监控管理系统,受限于定位精度及地图精度,在一些重要的场景中,无法提供更为精细的监控管理。本文依据城市交通发展现状,建设了一套结合北斗高精度定位和车道级高精度地图的智能车辆监控平台,该平台综合利用北斗/G PS卫星定位技术、地理信息技术及视频监控等相关技术,结合城市交通信息平台建设需求,提供一体化的车辆智能管理监控服务,
