1、Would you say that you are more outgoing or more reserved type?

Well, I think I'm very outgoing by nature. I like being with people and working with them.

2、Describe your personality?

Generally speaking, I think I am a confident individual.

I always put things in order and I always do my best not to make people feel that I am an uneasy one to work with, I can adapt my manner to suit them, so other people often trust me.

3、Would you talk about your strength and weakness?

What’s ur strength?

Well, I'm a very passionate person and patient as well. I can take difficult jobs that bother other people and work at them slowly until they get done. One of my weakness is that …I need to work on that.

I'd like to be more organized, like one of my colleagues. She doesn't have to try. But because I don't find it as easy as her, I use to-do lists and a diary to help me successfully manage my work.

I really enjoy what I do, but I'm ready for more respon sibility and challenge which your job offers. Unfortunate ly, my current job can't give me this.

My current boss has strengths and weaknesses. He is v ery good at listening to people but sometimes,in my vi ew, doesn't deal with underperformers firmly enough. T his affects team morale sometimes…
