月考之后,结合试卷分析,我们组的老师进行了认真的分析及讨论,并明确了下一步措施。

好的方面:基于各个老师扎的课堂教学及教学任务的及时检查,学生基础比较牢固,对于26个英文字母的掌握较好,为以后教学奠定良好基础。

存在问题:一:由于第一次进行英语考试,好多学生审题不清,不能很好理解题目要求。

同时,有的考试题型平时没有接触过,所以不敢下笔。

二:口头上的情景练习与在笔试中的运用不能很好联系起来,初一学生习惯于小学的学习习惯,对于课后的自主性学习能力较差。

三:同样是英语的入门学习,由于是平行班,同一个班差别较大。

下一步措施:1:基于初一学生的特点,抓好课堂教学实效性,激发学生英语学习兴趣;2:作业的及时检查督促;3:培养学生课后的预习,复习习惯;4:给成绩不太好的同学更多关注。

1.集体分工教师在第一次集体备课时,一定要对本学期的课程进行整体规划,简要写出本学期的教学计划,并制定好单元教学计划。

英语每学期都有固定的章节和主题,年级备课组长根据各位教师的长处和特点,进行必要的分工,每位教师担当不同章节的中心发言人,并且要利用课外时间寻找必要的资料。

由于英语对课外知识的要求加大,教师需要给学生准备足够的词汇、阅读、知识背景及其听力材料等。

如不分工,会造成教师的工作量过重,并也难以做到面面俱到。

2.个人初备(1)个人初备时,一定要认真学习和研究课程标准、教材、教学参考书以及其他相关材料;一定要突出重点、突破难点、抓住关键。

同时,教师还要深入了解学生,摸清学情,既要研究学生的智力因素,又要研究学生的非智力因素。

(2)每位备课教师必须写出备课提纲,确定教学的重点和难点,提出具体的教学目标;新教适应写出详细教案。

(3)每位教师都要尽力提出有独创性的设计方案,以便资源共享。

(4)每位教师应提出自己有疑问的地方,以便集思广益、攻克难点。

(5)每位教师适应超前备课,这样有利于把握全局,也有利于教师在课堂上解决部分学生因超前预习而提出的问题。

集体备课是最好能准备好下一周的教案。

(6)在网络信息高度发展的今天,教师应该充分地利用网上资源,摘取和借鉴别人的优秀课例、习题、多媒体课件等,已达到事半功倍的效果。

3.集体研讨这一环节是集体备课过程最重要的环节。

教师在集体备课时要遵循“整体—部分—整体”的思路,分别陈述各自的备课方案,最好采用“说课”的形式进行比较,以便扬长避短,统一思想,达成共识。

集体备课时还应注意做到以下两点:(1)“四个统一”“四个统一”即统一教学进度,统一教学目标,统一教学重难点,统一阶段测试。

提倡“四统一”不是要“一刀切”,而是应根据教学的具体情况,经集体分析,做出合理安排。

(2)中心发言集体备课时要确定一个中心发言人。

中心发言人是各个单元所主要负责人。

同时,老教师做好点拨工作,做到“传、帮、代”。

4.修正教案、课件集体备课时,由中心发言人说课,教师们共同探讨,相互补充,使教案内容更加充实和完善。

中心发言人可根据讨论的结果修改多媒体课件,做到资源共享。

但教案应避免千篇一律,否则就没有创新精神。

5.重点跟踪经过备课组研讨过的教案是否可行还有待于在教学实践中考证。

因此,有必要进行跟踪听课,以便及时总结和不断改进。

6.课后交流每教授完一单元的课后,备课组的教师都应该适时进行交流,并对每位教师的教学进行评估,肯定其优点,指出其不足,促进每位教师教学水平的提高。

一个完整的备课过程应有五个阶段:准备阶段、分析阶段、创造阶段(编写教案)、提高阶段(即二次备课、调整和修改教案)和总结阶段(即课后交流)。

指导青年教师教学工作的点评青年教师:吕洪伟九月针对吕老师的课堂教学进行指导点评整堂课吕老师上得扎实有效又童趣十足,体现了教师的上课功底和魅力,孩子们在老师的鼓励下,敢于发言,乐于表演,师生互动得非常好.印象最深之处为:1)小组竞赛的激励机制。

上课之前,老师宣布了游戏规则,使贯穿整堂课的比赛井然有序,活而不乱,有效地激发了学生的兴趣和竞争意识。

2)游戏的运用巧妙恰当。

在热身复习阶段采取了一系列游戏,说数字得苹果,快速说数字,说汽车牌照等。

这样的复习生动活泼,形式生动,面向全体,学生注意力集中,情绪高涨。

3)个性评价。

对每一位小朋友的表演和朗读,老师都会给予鼓励和评价,但是评价不是笼统的:Very good.Welldone.而是给学生打分:You can get full mark.You get 96,please readmore.得满分的孩子表情充满自豪和成就感,表现稍微有点欠缺的孩子既得到了鼓励又能明确自己的努力方向。

自己班已经上过了,跟自己的课比较了一下。

觉得印象最深的是:在复习完数字后,教师马上指着黑板上的一个时间问Are theynumbers?过渡非常自然。

而且吕老师的课堂中特别注重集体性操练。

课上教师让学生使用最多的练习方式是同桌操练。

这样的操练方式是非常适合英语学习的,能够巩固新句型,又能培养学生合作学习、共同进步的能力。

可是不会那么巧,每个班级的学生都是双数,刚巧便于学生分成两人一组进行操练。

很多时候,我们班上的学生人数会是单数。

而且,被老师安排单独坐的那个孩子,大多是学习习惯、行为习惯比较差的孩子。

那么,这些孩子在“同桌操练”这个步骤时他在干什么呢?听课时也发现了这样的情景。

坐在后面的一个男孩在老师组织的无数次的“同桌操练”中,都是一个人趴在桌子上,没有参加语言交际。

这样的现象,并没有引起上课老师的留意。

或许,课堂上,缺他一个人的言语活动,并不成问题。

但是,何谓课堂教学要面向全体学生呢?被老师安排独坐的孩子,他或许顽劣,他或许反映迟钝,但他,也是我们的学生。

在课堂教学活动中,所有的孩子,一个都不能少!对学困生的关注。

我们教师在课堂上如何去关注学困生,在课堂教学中如何关注他们值得我们思考。

我们要尽力不放弃他们。

策略有三个:策略一:事先安排好他和前面的两个学生组成三人学习小组。

当老师安排同桌操练时,他们三个人就自动开始三人操练。

策略二:教师走过去充当他的同伴,进行言语操练。

这样既可让他参与到学习活动中,也可近距离接触到这个孩子,缩短师生差距。

策略三:可请该学生走上讲台,跟教师或者教师的多媒体课件进行对话。

这样既方便教师监控全班学生,也刺激了该学生的学习积极性。

既为人师,便该关注每一个学生,尊重每一个学生,满足每一个学生的需求,善待每一个学生。

只有这样,才能开启每一个学生的智慧。

让我们真正意识,执行起来:在课堂教学中,我们的学生,一个都不能少!外语教学,既是语言教学,也是文化教学指导青年教师苏春英老师教学工作点评这节课印象最深刻的是她的板书。

一进教室,就看见黑板上有着简笔画,一开始不知道用来干什么,后来在教单词windy, snowy等时,把单词写在图画下面,让学生能巧妙地结合音、形来记忆单词。

在教学四个季节时,把有代表性的事物的图片贴在单词下面,感觉很生动,和季节紧密联系。

Seasons后面标出了序号(1),让学生和听课老师一看就明了这节课是第几课时。

另外,教学中非常注重联想教学,把季节与文化结合起来,丰富了学生的文化知识。
