我身边的师德师爱案例

良好的师德是社会主义精神文明建设的动力、是贯彻教育方针，提高教育效益

的保证、是提高教师自身素质，保持良好的师生关系的重要因素因此，我们要站在新的历史高度，重新审视崇高师德的价值，在教育、教学的工作实践中，用高标准的师德观念规范来自身的行为，提高自身的素养，塑造自身的良好形象。

身为一名人民教师，要热爱教育事业，身体力行做好为人师表，遵守教师职业

道德，加强师德修养，把“为教育事业奋斗终身”作为自己的职业理想，与时俱进加强政治素质和专业学习，努力做新时代的合格教师。为此，我积极参与学校的教育教学改革和发展事业，着力将教师道德要求转化为个人的内在品质，时时处处对自己严格要求，爱岗敬业，恪尽职守，尊重领导，关心同事，爱护学生，乐于助人，受到广大师生和家长的一致好评。

在我的身边这样的教师很多。有一位女教师，班里有一位女孩是学习委员，这

位女孩是跑校生，学习非常好。一天这位老师不经意看到了女孩脸上的两块紫伤，问女孩是怎么了,女孩默不作声。老师想:也许是在玩耍时不注意碰的。第二天课外活动，女孩走到老师身边来改作业。这位老师看到女孩脸上又多了紫块，便详细追问了女孩原因，女孩吞吞吐吐说了经过。原来是受后母的虐待，经常挨打，父亲也管不了，掀开女孩的衣服，真是遍体鳞伤，惨不忍睹，没一块好地方。教师流下

对女孩的后母进行了教育批评。这位教师为了这事奔波了几个小时。这难道不是教师对学生的一种关爱吗,这就是教师对学生的爱心啊～从此，女孩的脸上和身上再也没有看到伤痕。我为这位教师的行为而感动。

在我的身边感人的事太多太多，他们不怕苦不怕累，有高度的责任心。在课下教师们设计教学环节和课堂结构，认真搜集最新知识，编写教案。课堂上，既结构严谨又生动活泼，大胆使用探究、启发式教学，充分调动每个学生的积极性。使

学生们在理解的基础上掌握知识，并在教学上将思想教育与知识教育相结合，达到教书育人的目的。

每一位教师在自己平凡的岗位上，辛勤的耕耘，默默地奉献。教师们将继续在平凡的教育岗位上，不断学习、实践，不断反思、成长，做学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。
