摘要（不少于400字）：大学生自主创业是我国经济社会发展的必然要求,也是我国高等教育大众化过程中的必然选择，随着我国产业结构的调整、就业形势的变化和当代大学生自身发展的需要,大学生自主创业将显得越来越必要和可行。该分析报告针对当前大学生自主创业面临的困难及现状,通过对大学生自主创业环境现状的分析并采取一系列的调查方法,指出大学生的自主创业是一个受到个人因素和环境因素影响的过程,环境因素包括社会因素、学校因素和市场因素。这些因素影响了大学生创业过程的所有阶段。根据马克思主义的哲学，内因是决定事物发展的根本原因，外因对事物的发展具有一定的作用。本文主要探讨了针对大学生自身实际（内因）的一些应对措施：首先，大学生应该深入评估自身的优势，积极挖掘自身的潜能并结合自己所学专业，发挥自己的专长；其次，高校应鼓励大学生自主创业,建立大学生自主创业激励机制;再次，政府必须出台鼓励、保护大学生自主创业的政策和法规,以法律的形式促进健康的大学生创业市场的形成,以不同的形式建立大学生创业孵化器。建立健全创业体系中各主体的职能分工,能够优化创业体系的功能,使大学生创业扶持平台发挥更加积极的作用。

This analysis report starts an undertaking independently in view of the current university student the difficulty and the present situation which faces, Pointed out university student's independent imbark is one receives individual factor and the environmental factor influence process, Environmental factor including social factor, school factor and market factor。These factors have affected university students' innovative undertaking process all stages。According to the Marxist philosophy, the internal cause is decided the thing development the basic reason, the

external factor has certain function to the thing development。This article has mainly discussed in view of the university student own actual (internal cause) some should to the measure：

First, the university student should appraise own superiority thoroughly positively excavates the specialty which own potential and unifies oneself studies, displays own specialty；Next, the university should encourage the university student to start an undertaking independently, establishes the university student to start an undertaking independently the drive mechanism；Once more, the government must appear the encouragement, protect the policy and the laws and regulations which the university student starts an undertaking independently, by the legal form promotion health university students' innovative undertaking market formation, establishes the university students' innovative undertaking hatchibator by the different form.Establishes in the perfect imbark system various main bodies function division of labor, can optimize the imbark system the function, causes the university students' innovative undertaking to support the platform to play a more positive role。

党的十七大报告指出，要实施扩大就业的发展战略，促进以创业带动就业。把鼓励创业、支持创业摆到就业工作更加突出的位置。

近年来，由于经济结构的升级和资本有机构成的提高，我国经济增长吸纳劳动力的作用有所减弱，“九五”时期国内生产总值每增长１个百分点能带动９０多万人就业，“十五”时期下降到仅能带动８０多万人就业。因此，在当前的经济结构下，即使保持同样的发展速度，仅仅依靠经济增长来扩大就业，显然是不够的。尤其是在我国加快转变经济发展方式，提高自主创新能力的情况下，更要强调以创新带动创业，以创业带动就业，形成发展经济与扩大就业的良性互动。

劳动者在创业的时候，不但解决了自己的就业问题，还可以通过合伙创业、组建公司等方式带动更多的人就业，培养和造就更多的创业主体。在国有企业下岗职工分流时，许多下岗职工不是等着国家或企业给自己重新分配岗位，而是勇敢地走出去，艰苦创业，不但自己当上了创业者，还带动或帮助同自己一起下岗的职工实现了再就业。劳动保障部门近年来组织创业培训的实践证明，在目前我国的经济结构下，一个职工创业一般可以带动五个职工实现就业。
