新型LED三防灯结构设计

摘 要
随着照明业的不断发展,照明灯具的性能特点也在日渐多元化;LED三防灯不但从防水、防尘、防腐等方面提出了更高要求,而且在安装便利、结构美观和光角度能调整等方面也须逐渐能满足使用要求。根据三防灯的实际工作环境,对灯具的防护结构采用可靠性更强的一体化内腔式塑料壳体结构,并进行特殊的表面喷涂和密封处理,可在高温潮湿和各种腐蚀性恶劣环境下使用,可靠满足防水防尘防腐等防护要求。较好的罩壳一体化形成内腔式的设计,包括罩壳、内支架、边盖、防水橡胶套、安装支架、LED 灯条 。
罩壳即为一个管状壳体,内支架的外形与罩壳的内腔形状相配且插置在罩壳的内腔,LED 灯条沿内支架的长度方向固定安装在内支架上,边盖封堵在罩壳的端口上,在边盖与罩壳的端口之间设有防水橡胶套,安装支架下部与边盖连接。这样,由于罩壳为一个管状构件,在其两个敞开端口上分别封堵边盖和防水橡胶套,使其内腔成为一个完全封闭的空间,防水性能好。而且,在罩壳两端的边盖上皆安装安装支架,可方便的调整灯具的照射角度,安装、使用皆十分方便。

Abstract:
With the continuous development of the lighting industry, the performance characteristics of lightings are also increasingly diversified. LED Tri-proof light not only put a higher demand from waterproof, dustproof, corrosion, etc., but also in the ease of installation, structural beauty and light angle can be adjusted, it is also to be increasingly meet the requirements.
According to the actual work environment of tri-proof light, using the improved reliability integrated cavity plastic shell for the luminaire protection structure and special surface coating and sealing, which can help using in the hot, humid and corrosive environment, satisfying requirements of waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion protection. Better housing integration with formed intracavity design includes housing, stent, side cover, waterproof rubber sets, mounting brackets and LED light bar. Housing is a tubular shell, the cavity shape ties in the shape of inner stent, which interposes in the housing cavity. The LED light strip fixes with mounting bracket along
the longitudinal direction of the stent and side cover seal blocks the ports of shell, with a waterproof rubber sleeve on the casing between the side cover, connects the mounting bracket and the lower portion of the side cover.
Thus, since the housing is a tubular member and its two open ports are blocked with cover and waterproof rubber sleeve, which help it become a fully enclosed cavity space with waterproof performance. Moreover, irradiation angle side close the cover are installed at both ends of the mounting bracket, it adjust lighting angle, installation and use very convenient.

0.前言:
现有的三防灯,一般包括灯底与灯罩连接而成的灯体,灯体内设置有发光体,发光体一般为荧光灯,发光体与灯底之间还需要设置反光板,以起到反射光线的作用。随着发光源的日益发展,LED 成为最被看好的新兴产品,与白炽灯及荧光灯相比,LED 具有体积小,可以多颗多种组合,发热量低,基本上没有热幅射,耗电量小,可以低电压、低电流起动,使用寿命长,工作时间可以达到3 万小时以上,反应速度快,可在高频操作,并且环保,耐震、耐冲击不易破。
由于三防灯一般用于腐蚀性比较强、尘土比较多、有雨淋的工业照明需求场所,例如:电厂、钢铁、石化、船舶、场馆等,工作环境大都较为恶劣,对其三防的要求较高,但目前已有的LED三防灯的防护性能大都不够理想。随着电子产品应用范围的不断拓展,三防技术覆盖的内涵也发生了很大的变化,对于LED三防灯更需提出在结构上绝对防水可靠、外形美观、安装使用方便的设计。
1.总体设计:
设计LED三防灯整体构造包括罩壳、内支架、边盖、防水橡胶套、安装支架、LED灯条;使罩壳为一个管状壳体,内支架的外形与罩壳的内腔形状相配且插置在罩壳的内腔,LED灯条沿内支架的长度方向固定安装在内支架上,边盖封堵在罩壳
