1.In order to strengthen the management of retired (resigned) personnels,to protect the legitimate rights and interests of retirees, this certificate was issued.为加强对退休(职)人员的管理，保障退休人员的合法权益，特制定本证。

2.The certificate ,as one of the certificate used to prove the employees’retirement(resignation),was

fi lled in by either the employee’working unit or the unit specialized in employees retirement (resignation) procedure on the basis

of retirement approval sheet,the filling content of the certificate should be consistent with the employee files’ records,and i t should have been sealed by the issuing unit,

otherwise,the certificate would be invalid.本证作为职工退休(职)的凭证之一，本证由职工所在单位或为

职工办理退休(职)单位依据退休核准表填写，所填内容应与职工档案记载的原始依据一致，由发证单位

加盖公章，否则无效。

3.The certificate must be kept properly, it cannot be lent to others.If lost,one shall go to the issuing unit be immediately to declare invalid, and go through the reissue procedure.本证必须妥善保管，不得转借他

人，如有遗失，应立即向发证单位声明作废，并办理补领手续。
