(1)热箱试验
将充满电的电池放在重力对流或循环空气的烘箱中进行加热,烘箱的温度要以每秒5±2℃的速率上升到150±2℃后保温30分钟。
不泄漏、不泄气、不爆炸、不起火。
(2)短路实验
将充满电电池的正负极使用最低可承受50A电流的导线短接到一起,外电路总电阻小于50mΩ,当电池温度下降到比峰值低约10℃时结束。
