气体汇流排技术要求

Technical requirement/技术要求

1.Purpose/目的

Buy one set gas busbar to use on T-floor flaming equipment, the gas from different bottle comes together and reduce the pressure by valve, then supply to flaming equipment, it also requires to meet safety requirement /购买一件汇流排，用于T-board喷胶烤火，将瓶装气汇流减压后供送到烤火设备上，同时满足安全要求。

2.Current Conditions/当前状况

2.1Ambient temperature: -10 ºC~+50 ºC. /环境温度：-10 ºC~+50 ºC；

2.2LPG bottle pressure: 0.4~09Mpa. /丙烷气瓶出口压力0.4~0.9Mpa；

2.3The quantity of flow and pressure is 25m3/h and 0.05Map. /烤火设备要求的流量和压力

25m3/h,0.5bar;

2.4output end require 1.5’/输出端要求为1.5英寸；

3.Technical Requirements

3.1.During the design, manufacturing, installation and run equipment must be in accordance

with GB standard/设备的设计、制造、安装、运行，必须符合相关标准规定;

3.2.Manual change switch，4 bottle in using and 4 bottle for backup，the Max.pressure is

15Mpa，the outlet pressure range is 0.03-0.85Mpa，can be adjusted according to

requirement/双侧式手动切换，钢瓶4用4备，最高输入压力15MPa，输出压力0.03~0.85MPa可调;

3.3.equip at least：soft sus pipe with high pressure，connection to bottle，filter，reduction

valve，pressure gage，flashback arrestor for propane/ 配置至少包含：不锈钢高压软管、钢瓶接

头、过滤器、减压阀、压力表、丙烷专用回火防止器；

3.4. The Gas bus must have the quality certificate, certificate of pressure inspection, the

pressure gage must have the quality certificate, the manufacturer must have the qualified

certification for Gas busbar/ 汇流排必须有出厂合格证和压力测试合格报告，压力表具有合格证，生产厂家必须具有汇流排制造资质许可证；

3.5.Offer the spare part list for gas bus，such as soft pipe ,filter, reduction valve，flashback

arrestor for propane/提供汇流排上使用备件的备件清单列表和型号，如软管，过滤器型号，减压阀型

号，丙烷专用回火防止器型号；
