大学交换生课程认定及学分转换管理办法
大学交换生课程认定及学分转换管理办法为提高人才培养质量和国际化办学水平,实现教育资源优势互补,促进我校与国(境)外知名大学校际间合作与交流,学校鼓励学生参加校际交换项目。
为进一步规范学生交流期间的课程管理,确保学生结束交换项目回校后尽快完成课程认定及学分转换,特制定本办法。
一、课程认定和学分转换范围交换生是指经学校教务处、国际合作处(港澳台办公室)派出的出国(境)本科交流学生,通常到对方学校学习,学习期限一般为一学期或一年。
凡未经我校统选派,任何以个人名义出国(境)学习者均不列入学分转换范围。
二、交换生修读课程原则及具体要求学生申请校际交换生项目之前,需充分了解所申请学校相应学期的课程设置,合理安排自己的学习,严格按照所申请学校的教学计划进行选课,被派出学生所在学院要协助学生制订和落实选课计划。
1.学生所修课程要尽可能按照我校本科专业人才培养方案选修相同或相近的专业必修课和选修课。
2.我校交换生在国(境)外其他高校所取得的学分,原则上按照学分对等原则转换,交流学校成绩如实记录在学生学业成绩表交流成绩栏内,但不参与加权平均成绩和平均学分绩点计算,具体对应关系如下:(1)国(境)外高校与本学科相近或相同的课程学分,可相应转换本专业该学期人才培养方案中的某门或某几门课,先转换必修课学分,其余转换为选修课学分。
被认定转换的本校课程及学分不记录在成绩表内。
(2)国(境)外高校与本专业不同的课程学分,可相应转换为通识教育选修课学分。
(3)由于实践教学的特殊性,无法补修或重修,学生在交流期间本专业该学期人才培养方案中的实践教学可免修。
三、课程认定和学分转换工作流程1.交换生在收到成绩单后,须登陆学校教务处网站,在“教务在线”的“教务通知”下载并填写《XX大学交换生交流大学成绩单模板》,填写后发送到邮箱。
2.申请表发送后携带交流学校提供的成绩单原件及复印件、本专业交换学期人才培养方案中教学计划进程表复印件,特殊情况可携带交流学校的教学计划、所修课程的大纲及简介(均需对方学校盖章),到教务处考试中心进行认定及转换。
香港大学本科交换生项目
香港大学本科交换生项目根据我校与香港大学本科交换生计划协议,我校每学年选派二至五名本科生赴香港大学学习,为期一学期。
有关事项如下:一、项目介绍1、项目申请截止日期:参阅每年报名通知2、入学日期:参阅每年报名通知3、学习专业:可根据对方的专业设置选学与自己专业相近的课程。

各相关学院(系)在学生自愿报名的基础上,推荐品学兼优的学生,将推荐名单(排好优先顺序)在本单位网上公示后,把经学院主管教学领导签名盖章的推荐名单和学生的相关材料报送学校教务处,然后由学校根据学生的实际情况从中择优推荐并发文公布派送名单。
接受学校有权拒绝同学,最终名单以学生接到对方学校通知书为准。

香港中文大学交换总结韩迪07级文学院汉语言文学2班自2009年8月31日至12月31日,我以IASP交换生的身份赴香港中文大学进行了一学期的学习。
这是我第一次独自离开家,在外地生活。
我把这次香港之行看做一次机遇,一次挑战。
一方面拓宽自己的视野,在这个中西交融的城市亲身感受多元文化的激烈碰撞;一方面也希望提高自己的生活能力,交往能力,在新的环境中挖掘提升的空间与多方面的潜力。
四个月的学习生活,香港留给了太多的欣喜与感动。
从最初的好奇与惊喜,到最后的融入与反思,我看到了自己身上的巨大变化,也感谢这段经历,为我的人生留下一段美好的记忆。
学习:在课程设置方面,我以为香港与内地最大的不同就在于,香港更为重视学生独立思考的一环,而把教师的正课视为与同学的交流与分享。
每门课程都会设置每周一次的导修,整节课就是同学们畅所欲言,按本周教师布置的主题进行讨论。
教授和助教则坐在一边认真听取大家的意见,并不时加入到大家的讨论过程之中,对大家的问题给予及时的回应。
学术氛围的自由与平等,不仅给予学生更多的思考创新空间,同时也在不知不觉之间养成了一种学习自觉性。
就拿我自己来说吧,每周上课之前,为了能在导修课上有很好的表现,我都会自觉地按照老师发下来的课程计划,预习下一周的内容,首先了解基本知识,其次搜索众家观点、评论,最后根据教授课前留下的思考问题,尝试整理出自己的观点。
这样一个过程使上课从消极的听、记发展为积极地思考与探讨。
除此一外,学校还提供透过网络平台让同学们即时分享自己的新见解或者回应同学提出的问题,多种媒介的配合使同学们总能以最快捷的方式了解到学术界的最新研究成果,加深了同学的思考深度,并在交流中共同进步。
香港中文大学的图书馆是非常著名的。
里面藏书众多,分门别类,可以说是同学扩展知识面的绝佳选择。
通常教授上课推荐的书都是限时借阅的,每个人最多借阅4个小时,然后就要归还。
为的是每位同学都能及时看到教授推荐的资料。
不过其他书籍就可以根据喜好借阅了。

HKU自主ExchangeProgram申请指南基于最近众多学弟学妹问我我为嘛在MIT,整个申请过程是什么样的,我决定一劳永逸地写篇日志回答已经问过我的并且将来会问我的同学们。
事实证明上一篇UCD指南确实为我考G积攒了不少人品,所以看了这篇日志的孩子们请祝福我被众多牛校的offer淹没吧~接下来就开始说正事。
在HKU如果想要出去exchange的话,途径有三:1. HKU Faculty或WorldWide的program众所周知,港大的交换项目其实学校并不是很好,每年大家都只能看着Columbia那1到2个的名额表示眼红。
所以不满足于top50的学校的同学们可以考虑绕过港大自行申请exchange program。
但是港大的program的好处在于港大会给一定数额的奖学金,而且交的是港大的学费,所以relatively比较便宜。
2. Summer School基本上按照港大学生的条件哈佛MIT等名校都是没有问题的。
但是如果你出去交流的目的是想泡教授拿推荐信的话summer school不是一个很好的option。
Summer school上课的一般都是lecturer,好的教授很少很少会去上summer school,暑假对牛教授来说要么是vacation time要么就是安心做学术的好时机。
所以如果只是想出去见识见识或者让自己的cv好看一点的话,summer schoo是一个可以考虑的选择,而且还可以解决暑假没事儿干的尴尬局面。
3. 自行申请各大名校regular semester的exchange program这个就是最近大家在keep on asking me的part了。
Step 1. School Search米国的牛校们对于这类学生的叫法千奇百怪,比如麻省叫specialstudent,哈佛叫visiting student。
为了方便大家查找,我贴了几个大家最可能感兴趣的学校的链接。

清华MBA同学在香港中文大学交换的日子
香港中文大学的全职MBA是一年制,分三个小学期,课程比较紧凑。
然而设置的很多课程都会与香港高度开放的市场、成熟的国际商业网络、与国际接轨的法律体系以及自由和通畅的信息交流等要素相结合,显得非常务实。
交换的这三个月,我一共选了Sustainable Business、Business Modeling、Management and Innovation Technology三门主课,也去旁听了一些选修课。
Sustainable Business的老师来自中欧商学院,课堂规模不大,所以课堂上的互动非常多,每个学生都会被提问。
刚开始,由于预习不充分,老师略带法国口音的英语让我在课上如坐针毡。
后来我把两个案例预习得滚瓜烂熟,才在后面的课上跟上了节奏,参与了探讨和交流。
Business Modeling的老师是来自墨尔本大学商学院的教授,他在CUHK的3门课都很受欢迎。
他给我留下最深刻的印象就是有次见到他或许因为身高原因半跪在地上比划着学生的电脑屏幕答疑,这样的传道授业解惑的专业精神让我非常敬佩。
Management and Innovation Technology这门课对我这样的创业者极具价值。
老师Allen Ma是CUHK的特聘教授,自己也创办和管理数家企业,还曾经是香港科技园区的领导,人脉广泛。
每周的课上,他都会请一个重量级的嘉宾来和同学们共同探讨关于管理和创新技术方面的各种挑战和机遇。
嘉宾里既有创业小有成功的CUHK博士;也有知名企业的CEO;还有来自香港卫生总署的官员,角度非常全面。
我在课下向他请教关于自己公司的问题时,也得到了他非常友善的回应和指点。
我在同学的推荐下,去旁听了两门课。
尤其喜欢一门美国教授讲的Money & Capital Market。
这门课的内容本身就属高大上,再配上教授标准的美式发音,感觉就像到华尔街了。
在旁听课上也认识了更多的同学,和他们也进行了深度地交流。
欲穷千里目,更上一层楼“香港在大湾区的建设和发展中,是否可以起到引领的作用?”这是我们的小组作业主题。

山东大学与香港岭南大学本科生交换项目根据《山东大学与香港岭南大学本科生交换计划协议书》,我校将选派六名本科生,于2005-2006学年上学期赴香港岭南大学学习一学期。

2024年交换生心得体会一、引言时光荏苒,转眼间我已经完成了作为一名2024年交换生的学习经历。

通过与本地学生一起参加各类活动,我发现他们对待生活和学习的态度非常认真,注重平衡和自律。
他们热爱体育运动,注重身体健康,我也加入了一个本地运动队,锻炼身体的同时结交了更多的朋友。
在学习之余,我还利用假期时间游览了一些该国的名胜古迹。
这让我更深刻地了解了这个国家的历史和文化,也拓宽了我的眼界。
与当地人交流时,我开始更加尊重和理解不同文化之间的差异,学会包容和接纳。
四、语言能力的提升作为一个非英语国家的学生,来到这个国家交换学习的我最初面临了语言障碍。
但通过与本地学生和教师的交流,我的英语口语能力有了长足的提高。
我开始更加自信地和他们交谈,虽然还有时语法不够准确或者音调不够标准,但我相信在和他们的互动中,我的语言水平已经有了明显的提升。

2.1 学习语言
去往国外的学生可以在抵达国外之前就开始学习语言,以更好地适应当地文化和环境。
学习语言可以帮助学生更好地交流,更容易了解当地文化和社会。
2.2 核心课程
交换生必须参加宿主校的国家认可课程,以达到宿主校要求。
该课程由宿主校指定,也可以由交换生自行选择。
交换生的学分可以被计入他们原始学校的课程。
2.3 课程选择
除了必修的核心课程以外,交换生可以选修宿主校的其他课程。
其他课程可以帮助他们增强自己的专业技能,扩充知识面,和丰富个人经历。
2.4 实践实习
交换生也可以参加实习实践类课程,这些课程可以帮助他们培养实际经验,更好地应付日常工作。
3. 总体考虑
本课程安排方案考虑到了交换生的特点,考虑到他们只有有限的时间,不能像全日制学生那样有足够的时间参加学校的所有课程。
