局,室,委托任务项目旨在保证国家自然科学基金项目资助工作的深入开展～探索和研究科学基金管理实践中需要解决的关键性问题～提高管理创新能力～为科学基金管理决策提供参考。局,室,委托任务项目每年度分批发布指南及受理申请～并按照国家自然科学基金评审原则择优遴选。

局,室,委托任务项目申请人应当具备以下条件:

1. 具有高级专业技术职务,职称,或者具有博士学位。

2. 作为项目负责人正在承担或者承担过国家自然科学基金资助项目～或者在依托单位科研管理部门从事科学基金管理相关工作。

3. 熟悉国家自然科学基金条例、项目管理办法～对自然科学基金管理有比较深刻的理解。

申请人应当按照局,室,委托任务项目撰写提纲撰写申请书。局,室,委托任务项目合作研究单位不得超过2个～资助期限根据指南要求填报。

申请书中不得出现任何违反法律及有关保密规定的内容～依托单位须认真审核。由于违反相关规定而导致的一切后果由申请人和依托单位负责。

一、信息表格:包括基本信息、项目组主要参与者和经费申请表～申请人须按

操作提示在指定的位置选择或按要求输入正确信息～应保证信息真实、准确。在填写“基本信息”时～“资助类别”一栏请选择“专项基金项目”,“亚类说明”一

栏请选择“局、室软课题及委托任务”,申请代码选择J0202。经费申请表须按照《国家自然科学基金项目资助经费管理办法》中面上项目的相关规定认真填写。
