浸入式加热器
浸入式加热器—国瑞热控1、概述浸入式电加热器顾名思义是将电加热器浸入液体进行加热,主要特点是由于电加热器浸入液体中,电加热器所散发的能量均被被加热的液体所吸收,因此能效非常高,再加上体积小,易于控制等优点,被广泛用于石油,化工和冶金等领域,是石化行业理想的换热设备。
浸入式电加热器的结构有很多种,最常用的的有螺纹式,法兰式和L型式等。
2、型号含义例:JRH-O-30:表示功率为30KW加热介质为油的浸入式电加热器。

INSTALLATION OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOREXHEAT INDUSTRIAL IMMERSION HEATERS(INCLUDING FLAMEPROOF) Please read these instructions thoroughly before installation and ensure they are passed on tothe end-user.1.0GENERAL1.1All work should be carried out by suitable qualified personnel.1.2Heaters must be handled with care and stored in dry conditions.1.3Adequate withdrawal space must be provided to allow the removal of the heater assembly.1.4Carefully remove all protective packaging and visually inspect unit for any transit damage.1.5All prevailing rules,regulations and bylaws in force at the time and place of installation must be observed.1.6Heaters must only be immersed in the fluid they are designed to heat.1.7The introduction of alternative fluids even in small concentrations for purposes such as sterilising may causeserious damage to the heater and will invalidate the warranty.1.8Any modification not carried out by Exheat Limited or its approved agent will invalidate certification andwarranty.1.9Precautions must be taken to prevent damage to enclosure seals.1.10For flameproof heaters reference must be made to IEC/EN60079-17.1.11All electrical testing must be carried out in a non-hazardous area.1.12Precautions must be taken to prevent damage to machined surfaces and threads of flameproof enclosures.1.13Any special conditions for safe use detailed on the hazardous area certification for flameproof heaters must becomplied with.2.0INSTALLATION2.1The heater should be securely fixed in position and all terminal connections checked for tightness beforeenergising.2.2The heater must be installed horizontally unless it has been specified and manufactured for use in a verticalorientation.2.3The installed orientation of horizontally mounted heaters must be such that any thermostats or other temperaturesensors are uppermost.2.4Sealing gaskets must be undamaged.2.5The terminal box must not be used for tightening heater into tank or vessel.3.0ELECTRICAL SUPPLY CONNECTION3.1Refer to wiring diagram(inside the cover–non-flameproof heaters only).3.2The cable entry is positioned on the side of the terminal box.3.3Before connection ensure that the supply corresponds with that specified on the rating label.3.4Ensure that the sizes and types of cables to be used are suitably rated for the load and temperature of the unit. 3.5Each heater must be protected by a suitably rated over current device.3.6Cables must enter the terminal box via a suitable cable gland to maintain the IP rating and be fitted by a qualifiedperson.3.7For flameproof heaters,cables must enter the heater terminal box via ATEX certified Ex d(for ATEX certifiedheaters)or IECEx certified Ex d(for IECEx certified heaters)cable glands(not supplied)and be fitted by aqualified person.3.8The cover(and body–where applicable)of FP and RF series terminal boxes are unscrewed after slackening alocking grub screw using a3mm A/F hex key.When re-fitting ensure that the‘o’ring seal is in good condition and correctly located.The main cover threads MUST be kept clean and free from any debris at all times.3.9The installer or end user must connect to the Exheat supplied terminals within the terminal box-DO NOTconnect to or disturb factory fitted heating element wiring.4.0EARTH CONNECTION4.1WARNING–these heaters MUST BE EARTHED.4.2An internal earth connection is provided inside the terminal box.4.3An external earth connection(flameproof heaters only)is located adjacent to one of the terminal box cable entries.5.0OPERATION5.1Ensure that the active section of all the heating elements are fully immersed in the fluid to be heated at all timeswhilst energized.5.2Heat is transferred by means of electric heating elements.5.3Control of the heater is facilitated by thermostats,thermocouples or RTD’s and reference should be made to thewiring diagram(inside the cover–non-flameproof heaters only)to ensure that these are correctly connected and set prior to energising the heater.5.4Where a manual reset thermostat or cut-out is installed,the terminal box cover will have to be removed to enablea reset to be carried out.6.0MAINTENANCE6.1All prevailing site safety regulations shall be adhered to at all times.6.2Any damage or faults should be notified to Exheat Limited immediately6.3Equipment must be fully isolated from the electrical supply before and whilst any work is being carried out.6.4Before and whilst any maintenance activity is carried out,it must be ensured that there are no hazardous gasespresent.6.5Replacement of core type heating elements may be carried out without removing the heater by disconnecting theelement and withdrawing it from its tube–CAUTION:hazardous area core heaters must NOT be energised with any core elements missing from their respective tubes.6.6For flameproof heaters reference should be made to IEC/EN60079-17(especially table1)in addition to thefollowing recommendations.6.7Any replacement parts required must be obtained directly from Exheat.The use of any other parts will void anycertification and warranty.6.6.13Monthlya.Generally inspect the equipment for external damage or leaks.6.6.26Monthlya.Isolate the electrical supply and remove the cover(after releasing locking grub screw using a3mm A/Fhex key–flameproof heaters only).b.Check that the terminal box is clean and dry internally.c.Check that the electrical terminals are intact and secure.d.Check that the heating element insulation resistance is at least2megohm.e.Check the continuity of all heating elements.f.Refit cover with new gasket or‘o’ring if required(and re-tighten locking grub screw–flameproofheaters only).g.Check that earth continuity is maintained between all exposed conductive material and main structure.6.6.3Annuallya.Carry out all3monthly and6monthly checks as above.b.Check for element failure or low insulation resistance.6.7Only Exheat Ltd or its approved agent to carry out rod type element replacement in flameproof heaters otherwisethe certification will be invalidated.6.8If heaters are being left unused for a period greater than3months,carry out6monthly maintenance beforeenergizing.6.9IR Low Insulation/Earth Leakage Prevention6.9.1Heaters must be handled carefully and stored in a clean and dry environment.6.9.2The storage period should not exceed12months.6.9.3The silica gel bags must remain within the terminal box and replaced as required.6.9.4The cable entries must be plugged at all times.6.9.5The terminal box lid must be replaced immediately after any installation work has been carried out.6.10Removal and Replacement of Ceramic Core Type Heating Elements(core-type heaters only)6.10.1Replacement of this type of heating element may be carried out without removing the heater assembly from itstank or vessel and without draining it down.6.10.2Isolate the electrical supply and remove the cover(after releasing locking grub screw using a3mm A/F hex key–flameproof heaters only).6.10.3Disconnect electrical connections and remove cables to heater(single core flameproof heaters only).6.10.4Slacken base locking grub screw then unscrew and remove terminal box body(single core flameproof heatersonly).6.10.5Release clamps securing heating element.6.10.6Carefully withdraw heating element from its tube.6.10.7Check element tube is clean and dry internally.6.10.8Carefully fit replacement healing element through a new sealing gasket and into tube whilst preventing it frombending and protecting it from mechanical 浸入式电加热器
浸入式电加热器由加热芯子和护套组成。
加热芯子采用耐高温合金电热丝作为热源,耐高温陶交瓷作绝缘介质,护套采用冷拔无缝钢管或不锈钢制成。
电加热器与油箱体采用法兰连接。
护套将加热芯子与被加热油液隔离,在更换电加热器时,不需要放掉油箱中的油液,仅需抽出加热器芯子,更换一个新的加热芯子即可,维护方便。
电加热器与被加热油液接触面积大,表面功率小,不结碳,油液不会局部高温而碳化。
使用寿命长、安全、可靠。
浸入式电加热器主要技术参数、规格、长度:额定电压:单相220V 三相380V工作介质:矿物油及水等散热效果较好的介质表面发热功率:1KW~4KW1.5w/cm2 5KW~8KW2.5w/cm2工作压力:0.6Mpa浸入式电加热器材料:外管一般材料有In800,In840,304,316L,310S,铝,铜,低碳钢等。

2)图中尺寸"B"必须全部浸入油中(并定期检查)以免烧坏,被加热油应无腐蚀性气体。
3)本电加热器的安装孔尺寸为φ65mm。
4)本型号加热器按JB2379-78流动油标准设计,加热器表面负荷为2-3.8w/cm25)在选用时应根据加热介质实际尺寸确定加热器尺寸。
注:此加热器可直接与SRY2型及SRY4型混用。
电加热器功能特点⒈体积小、功率大:加热器主要采用集束式管状电热元件。

安装方式可分为槽边安装、法兰安装或螺纹安装。
An immersion heater is a device which is installed in a tank or container to heat a liquid. The installation can be over-the-side, flanged or threaded.槽边浸入式加热器Over-the-Side槽边浸入式加热器专门用于无法方便地安装穿过侧壁的浸入式加热器的容器。
这些加热器通过容器顶部进行安装,被加热部分沿着罐体侧壁或位于罐体底部。

These heaters are installed through the top of the vessel with the heated portion of the unit along the side or at the bottom of the tank. Natural circulation of the fluid inside the vessel allows for even distribution. Terminal houses or lead wires are provided for power connection.These heaters are available with heating elements made of copper, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, Incoloy, titanium, and PFA coated. A wide selection of kilowatt ratings, shapes and mounting methods are available to suit many different types of applications.The large variation in heating element material and shapes of over-the-side immersion heaters offers a wide selection in the application of these units. Water, oils, solvent, plating baths, salts and acids are some of the many liquids and viscous materials commonly heated with immersion heaters. Flanged immersion heaters consist of hairpin bent tubular elements welded or brazed into a flange and provided with wiring boxes for electrical connections. Flange heaters are installed by bolting to a matching flange welded to the tank wall or nozzle. A wide selection of flange sizes, kilowatt ratings, voltages, terminal housings and sheath materials makes these heaters ideal for all types of heating applications.Flanged immersion heaters are one of the most widely used methods for heating liquids (such as water, oil, heat transfer fluid and corrosive solutions). Designed for use in tanks and pressurized vessels, they are easy to install and maintain to provide heat for many processes. The direct immersion method is energy efficient and easily monitored and controlled.These through-the-side immersion heaters utilize standard pipe flanges ranging from 3" to 14" in diameter to support high tank pressures of liquids. They are installed through a matching companion flange, obtainable from local industrial supply houses, to the tank wall. Screw plug immersion heaters are screwed directly through a threaded opening in a tank wall or through matching pipe coupling, half coupling or welding flange. Sizes of screw plug heaters are available with ½", ¾", 1", 1¼", 2" and 2½" pipe threads. A wide selection of screw plug sizes, kilowatt ratings, voltages, sheath materials, terminal housings, and thermostats makes these compact heaters ideal for all types of applications.Screw plug immersion heaters are used for heating liquids in a variety of processes. Those heaters are ideal for process water heating and freeze protection. All types of oils and heat transfer solutions can also be heated using these compact easily controlled units.
