4. 电信号输出:当触点接通或断开时,压差开关会将相应的电信号输出。
这个输出信号可以被其他设备或系统利用,用于控制、监测或报警等目的。

上述为DI1,显示风车的状态,故障和压差等,显示数值为“0”和“1”,“0”代表运行和正常,“1”代表停止与故障。
上述为阀体的开度显示点,AO1_DIS为蒸汽阀的开度显示上述为AO1冰水阀的手自动切换点,“0”代表蒸汽阀受程序自动控制,按照设计好的程序进行;“1”代表蒸汽阀不受程序控制,根据手动输入的值进行。
即“1”代表手动,“0”代表自动。
按面板上的上下键,就能修改数值。
上述为当AO1为手动强制输入之后的,AO1的强制输出值,通过上下键修改数值,之后按左上角的DONE键确认。
(0~100对应0~10V)上述为水泵和阀体的启停点,“0”代表停止,“1”代表启动。

The recycle C6097Amodels recycle automatically when the control circuit returns to scale setting plus differential.The manual reset C6097B diaphragm actuates the snap-acting switch that breaks a control circuit and locks out when the pressure rises to the scale setting. 智能楼宇中的中央空调系统一.中央空调系统的控制要求1空调系统设计概述本设计为智能楼宇中的中央空调系统,该系统由新风,空气过滤,空气的冷、热、湿处理,空气的输送和分配,冷热源五大部分组成。
本系统可以实现空调机组的工艺流程参数进行自动控制和实时监测功能,并使空调系统设备处在最佳状态下运行。
除此之外,本系统的设计以DCS为背景,具备DCS系统分散控制,集中管理的特点,可以对中央空调的冷热源系统,空气处理系统和被测设备控制系统进行集中操作,并提供窗口友好的人机界面和强大的通讯功能,提高了系统的可靠性,降低了系统故障。
2 工艺要求1)本系统空调器的工艺流程如图1-11-1空调器工艺流程图2)设备的管理和参数的采集①中央空调系统采用计算机管理与控制;②空调器的回风温度,混风温度,加湿阀开度控制送风温度、送风湿度、冷热盘管调节阀开度、一次回风阀的开度、送风机工作状态及室内温度等在计算机上界面上进行实时显示;③能够对制冷系统进行实时监控;④各风量调节阀、水量调节阀及风机电机、电加热器既可手动控制又具有计算机控制与管理的功能。
3)控制精度要求根据人体舒适温湿度:夏季:室内温度26-29℃,相对湿度40%-60%;冬季:室内温度16-21℃,相对湿度30%-50%;3 空调系统的设计1)空调系统的控制流程图设计,如下图1-2所示1-2空调系统控制流程图2)检测点的安排AI:模拟量输入点主要用于空调器新风阀,回风阀开度监测,冷热盘管调节阀监测,回风温度和混风温度的数据采集,新风阀,回风阀的信号采集,送风温湿度监测。

DI:数字量输入点主要用于初效过滤器差压状态,送风机差压状态采的集,送风机故障报警。
DO:数字量输出点主要用于风机启停控制。
二.空调系统硬件的配置设计1 DDC选型中央空调DDC控制系统是利用直接数字控制器、计算机网络技术、图形处理技术对建筑物所属的各类设备的运行、安全状况、能源使用情况及节能等实行综合自动检测、控制与管理的自动化控制系统。
