Abstract

In this paper, the content is about the design of walking mechanism , the whole of the hydraulic system ,the whole of layout and the parameter of the EBJ-120TP roadheader.

The EBJ-120TP roadheader is one of cantilever part face of roadheader.Its total power is 225 kw.Its cutting power is 120kw. The laneway of part face that it can be working is 9~182m , the slope is ︒±16. It can incise the one way of anti- presses coal . It belong to medium-sized cantilever roadheader. The main characteristics of that machine is:Structure tightly packed good adaptability ,short fuselage,low center, simple operates, more convenient check.

The EBJ-120TP roadheader uses crawler-type walking mechanism. The speed is 3 m/min. Right crawler-type walking mechanism is symmetrical with left. They are driven separately, Which link to framework by 10 high strength bolts with horizontal and vertical rabbet. Hydraulic motor transmitting power to drive sprocket to drive caterpillar after slowing down by triple cylindrical gearing and secondary planetary gearing.

Walking mechanism is composed of tensioning device 、left/right truck frames 、caterpillar chain 、left /right speed reducers 、oil hydraulic motor 、friction drag and so on.
