附件1：技术规格要求

所有设备及材料应满足中国辽宁省沈阳市的环境使用条件；

所有在实施强制性产品认证的产品目录内的产品必须具有3C认证；

1.4 SUBMITTALS

提交资料

1.4.1 The equipments and materials’ documents supplied by the Contractor include but not limited to the following.

本承包商向业主提供以下本系统所使用设备材料的资料，包括但不限于：

1) Equipments manual, test document and quality certificate for important equipment, instruments and meters.

重要设备、仪器和仪表产品手册，检测报告及合格证。

2) Equipment material list, packing list, complete equipment acceptance standard and inspection method.

设备材料清单，装箱清单，完整的设备验收标准及检验方法。

3) If have purchase equipments, shall provide actual purchase lists, including type, specification, manufacturer, origin certificate, etc.

如有外购件，须提供实际外购件清单，包括型号、规格、厂家，原产地证明等。

1.4.2 Some definite forbidden components could not be used when all the purchase equipment and materials are produced and installation. For these definite forbidden components, please see the BMW standard document provided by the Owner.

所有购置的设备及材料在生产和组装时都不能使用业主指定禁用的成分，这些指定禁用成分见业主提供的清单。

1.5 APPLICABLE STANDARDS

1.5.1 For design, materials procurement, fabrication, testing and commissioning and so forth, it shall be complied with, but not limited to the following standards of the latest versions:

2.1 GENERAL

一般规定

2.1.1 All the products in the mandatory product list of China must have 3C certificate;

凡在实施强制性产品认证的产品目录内的产品必须具有3C认证；

2.1.2 For devices, materials, fabrication, testing and commissioning, the relevant national codes and standards of the national codes should be referred to the latest version.

设备、材料、制造和测试应执行最新版本的中国标准；

2.1.3 All the devices and materials should meet the usage conditions of environment in Shenyang

所有设备及材料应满足中国辽宁省沈阳市的环境使用条件；
