摘要:我国是抗生素原料药生产大国,抗生素菌渣产生量大、处理难度大,且属于危险固
废,其合理、安全处置是目前制药企业亟待解决的难题。本文对抗生素菌渣的焚烧、肥料化、饲料化、填埋、能源化及其它处理处置技术的现状进行了归纳和总结,并对抗生素菌渣处理处置技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: China has become the largest bulk drug producer of antibiotics. A large amount of
antibiotic bacterial residues which belongs to hazard solid waste in China was discharged from
pharmaceutical enterprise and was very difficultly treated. Therefore, it is urgent to find
reasonable and safe methods of treatment and disposal of antibiotic bacterial residues for
pharmaceutical enterprise. In this paper, the progress on this theme was summarized, including the technology of incineration, fertilizer, feedstuff, landfill and energy regeneration, and so on. And then, the future development trend of dealing with antibiotic bacterial residues was prospected. Keywords: antibiotic bacterial residues; incineration; fertilizer; feedstuff; landfill; energy
