The Alfa Laval weighing system is a complete solution offered for process weighing installation,where level measurement,mixing,filling,dosing or batching is required.The weighing solution is as standard delivered in three different accuracy ranges:0.10%,0.05% and0.025%with a total measuring range from0to4000kg.Each weighing system consists of1to4load cells and a weighing module. The weighing modules are available with both analog4-20mA output andfieldbus interface(PROFINET,Profibus DP or EtherNet IP).For high hygienic demands,the Alfa Laval load cells are supplied electropolished and hermetically sealed to IP68(laser welded).Capacitive measurement principle(patented)The Alfa Laval robust digital load cells are based on a patented capacitive measurement principle where a non-contacting capacitive sensor is mounted inside the load cell body.As the capacitive sensor is not in contact with the load cell body,the load cells are to a very high degree unaffected by overloads,sideloads,torsion and welding voltages.Therefore,a straightforward and hygienic mechanical installation of the load cells can be done without expensive and complicated mounting kits and overload protection devices.The electrical installation of the digital load cells is pure plug-and-play as the signal from the non-contacting capacitive sensor is directly converted,compensated and calibrated by a patented ASIC.The digital signal is transmitted as RS485data on a reliable RG-58single wire coaxial cable which may be up to50meters long.The factory calibration of the digital load cells is independent of the load cell cable length.Technical dataStainless steel enclsure..........IP68Stainless steel enclosure with panelmounted display...............IP64Measuring range:..............from0to4000kg dependingon system selection. Pour paint into container, test spray and adjust fluid output as well as pattern width.HOW TO OPERATESuggested air pressure is 2.0 to 3.5 bar (29 to 50 PSI)Recommended paint viscosity differs according to paint propertyand painting conditions. 12 to 23 sec. / Ford cup#4 is recommendable.Keep fluid output as small as possible to the extent that the job willnot be hindered. It will lead to better finishing with fine atomization.Set the spray distance from the gun to the work piece as near aspossible within the range of 50-200 mm (2_7.9 in).The gun should be held so that it is perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece at all times. Then, the gun should move in a straightand horizontal line. Arcing the gun causes uneven painting.CAUTION- Use clean air filtered through air dryer and air filter.If not,dirty air can cause painting failure.- When you use this gun for the first time after purchasing,adjust fluid needle packing set.Slowly tighten fluid packing seat and loosen a bit when fluid needle set does not returnsmoothly,and adjust so that fluid needle set smoothly moves.- When you use this gun for the first time after purchasing,clean fluid passages sprayingcleaner and remove rust preventive oil.If not,remaining rust preventive oil can cause painting failure such as fish eyes.- Firmly fix cup to spray gun.If not,disconnection and drop of cup can cause bodilyinjury.OTHER PRECAUTIONSIMPORTANT1. Incomplete cleaning can fail pattern shape and uniform particles.Spray a small amount of cleaner to clean fluid passages.Especially clean fully and promptly after use with two-component paint.2.Clean each section with brush soaked with cleaner and wipe out with waste cloth.2. Do not immerse the whole gun in cleaner. If done, it can damage parts.When cleaning, never scratch any holes of air cap set, fluid nozzle, or fluid needle set.3. Before disassembly, fully clean fluid passages. 3. During disassembly, do not scratch seat section.(1) Disassemble fluid nozzle.(1) Remove fluid nozzle after removing fluid needle set or while keeping fluid needle pulled, in order to protect seat section.(2) Disassemble fluid needle set.(2) Be careful when handling tip of fluid needle set since it is sharp.You do not need to remove fluid adj. guide set from gun body.Disassemble fluid adj. guide set as little as possible.Remove fluid adj. knob and fluid needle spring, then pull out fluid needle spring, and then pull out fluid needle set from back of fluid adj. guide set.4.The fluid needle packing set, must be adjusted while the fluid needle set is inser- 4.Too much tightening of fluid needle packing set can cause bad movement ted.Tighten fluid needle packing seat by hand and then tighten further by spanner.of fluid needle set and fluid leakage from the tip of fluid needle set.5.In order to assemble air valve, first assemble air valve & air valve spring 5. If you try to fit air valve spring and air valve to gun body set without fluid & fluid adj. guide set together. Next, insert fluid needle set into fluid adj. guide set, needle set, air valve will not be fitted correctly and packing inside fluid then fit it to gun body set and screw fluid adj. guide set.adj. guide set will be damaged.6.Turn pattern adj. knob counterclockwise to fully open. 6. If pattern adj.Knob is not fully opened, tip of it can brush against and Then tighten pattern adj. set or air adj. set.damage fluid nozzle and cause seizure of thread.Where to inspectParts replacement standard 1. 外接使用注意事項
一般巿面常見的是E-SATAUSB外接式硬碟,不是只接E-SATA線就可以讓HD工作喔,注意一下E-SATA線的電流只能用於傳輸DATA,並不是提供DATA及電源流並行的,注意廠商有另外附原USB2.0的Y型傳輸線的其中小條的即是電流來源,就是你仍要佔用一組或2組的USB2.0接頭,別抱怨了至少E-SATA
●預防接頭在連接時發生靜電放電(Electrical Static Discharge; ESD);
●符合FCC與CE的電磁干擾規範;
●開發強韌的纜線和連接器組件,以支援外接式儲存的頻繁插拔需求(典型的內建式S ATA只需要安裝一次即可);
●外部接頭需加裝遮蔽。
E-SATA優勢
E-SATA是SATA的外接式介面,但是配備更耐用的纜線和連接器。E-SATA可以達到如同SATA般的傳輸速度,例如SATA 1.5Gb/s(150MB/sec)或SATA 3Gb/s300MB/sec)。E-SATA3Gb/s速度同樣向下相容於1.5Gb/s,與目前內建式硬碟機的情況相同。由於硬碟機內部的資料持續傳輸率已高達75MB/sec,因此USB和1394的介面速率成為外接硬碟機的瓶頸。此外,eSATA提供外接儲存系統更多卓越的特性與機制,如原生命令佇列(Native Command Queuing)、熱插拔、連接埠擴充器(Port Multipliers)以及其他許多先進的SATA功能。
E-SATA介面與USB和Firewire外接式硬碟機相較之下,不論是備份所需時間或是傳輸速率上都可看出,E-SATA擁有優異的效能,非常適合使用在需要高頻寬及低成本
的儲存外接系統上使用,例如:應用在DV影音設備。

Out-of-band monitoring networks allow the consolidation oftools into a centralized location and improve the agility of IT operations staff in responding to problems. In addition, because they allow continuous visibilityinto the network, monitoring networks are also becoming essential in enabling improved security, compliance and forensic reporting within the datacenter.Historically, visibility solutions for large datacenters used a combination of network patches, passive Test Access Points (TAPs) and port mirroring to feed traffic to monitoring tools, along with whatever embedded instrumentation (e.g., RMON/ SNMP) those tools could access from the network infrastructure. In some cases, TAPs were accessed directly by tools mobilized on crash-carts, and in other cases the tools were pre-placed in the network wherever they were expected to be needed. Continuous visibility and monitoring were impossible in this scenario.As datacenter densities, dynamics and scale increased a new approach to data access and network visibility became necessary. First to emerge on this scene were traditional Network Packet Brokers (NPBs) and their proprietary monitoring fabrics. NPBs enabled centralization of tools and promised to enable IT to respond to network issues more quickly by reconfiguring visibility on demand. Traditional NPBs provided basic traffic conditioning, filtering, source identification, timestamping and redistribution of traffic at appropriate speeds to centralized tools.However, because they were based on expensive purpose-built network processors and FPGAs, NPBs supported relatively low port densities and limited throughput,at a very high cost per port. In most cases, achieving 100% visibility required investments multiple times the cost of production network infrastructures. The result: overwhelming acquisition and support cost, making it impossible to build monitoring networks at rising datacenter scale or achieving adequate coverage. The Arista Data ANalyZer (DANZ) feature set, described below, delivers an orderof magnitude improvement in the economics of cloud-scale visibility, delivering scalable TAP aggregation and advanced mirroring with exceptional density, flexibility and precision.The SolutionArista Networks® offers a new approach to TAP aggregation that delivers high density, non-blocking 10/25/40/50/100GbE visibility powered by our award-winning programmable datacenter switches and Arista EOS® software.
