四级写作押题——2024 年6 月议论文——话题类(管理时间的重要性)As we all know, time is eternal while human is mortal. So being precious though, time is relentless to everyone. If you want to spend a meaningful life, you have to learn time management. Just as the saying goes.To choose time is to save time. Firstly, time management saves you much time via figuring out the priority or the most time-consuming task of a day, thus greatly boosting your work efficiency. Secondly, time management enables you to make full use of the fragments of time so that you can get hold of large amounts of information and knowledge. Reciting English words while waiting for a bus is a good example. Last but not least, you will gain self-assurance and elegance from your systematical schedule. In a word, compared with those who have no idea of time management, a person with good time arrangement will have higher work efficiency and an organized life.议论文——现象类(如何解决大学生心理疾病)Mental disease has recently arisen as one of the essential issues which may lead to some severe consequences such as depressive disorder and interpersonal conflicts. Strikingly, this is becoming increasingly common and eye-catching.This phenomenon could be attributed to three reasons. Firstly, facing a great amount of academic pressure, quite a few college students are not able to relieve the severe stress, which could gradually transform into mental disease. Secondly, due to a rapid shift in roles, most students have to take responsibility of taking care of themselves, so it is increasingly challenging for them to deal with all troublesome issues in daily life. Lastly, lacking of interpersonal skills, they may easily get involved in conflicts with others and the resulting chronic unhappiness will finally lead to mental disease.Urgent measures are needed to deal with this severe issue. Courses related to mental health should be well planned and offered on campus which may enable students to be more aware of their psychological states. Moreover, more sports and recreational activities should be launched so as to enrich students’ extracurricular life and provide more opportunities for them to build harmoniousinterpersonal relationship.议论文——谚语类(学习必须循序渐进)Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay commenting on the saying “Learning has to be acquired gradually.” You can cite examples to illustrate the importance of making minute and down-to-earth efforts. You should write at least 120 words, but no more than 180 words.“Learning has to be acquired gradually” is a nice old saying which has proved its meaning by hundred percent. Evidently, it is meant to tell us that we should try our best to seize every minute and study in a down-to-earth manner.Numerous instances can be given to illustrate this point. For one thing, as college students, apart from club activities, social practice and social activities, the time left for us to learn is limited, so we should seize every opportunity to do it well. In other words, we should listen to every lecture carefully and submit our assignments on time and with high quality. For another, only by earnestly completing each small learning task, can knowledge be slowly accumulated and our own learning system be formed. To conclude, step after step the ladder is ascended. If we can turn the proverb into actions, we are more likely to enjoy a more effective way to learn.议论文——话题类(虚拟现实)Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay on virtual reality. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.Nowadays, the use of virtual reality is becoming increasingly popular, which has captured wide attention about its benefits and drawbacks. Every coin has two sides. I think that the advantages overweigh the disadvantages. To begin with, virtual reality technology is a computer simulation system that can create andlet us experience the virtual world, which has brought a lot of convenience to our life. For instance, virtual reality can take us to places we can’t reach in real life, such as any domestic and foreign tourist attractions, even outer space, or newly created illusory scenes. This will greatly enrich our imagination and broaden our horizons. Additionally, in fact, virtual reality has been applied in the fields of film and television, education, military and aerospace. The virtual scenes it provides save a lot of real money. All in all, the continuous development of virtual reality opens up a bright future for us. We can enjoy the fruits of this technological advance as long as we can use it reasonably and flexibly.议论文——现象类(学业与兼职的关系)Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay on how to best handle the relationship between studies and part-time jobs. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words. There is no doubt that the relationship between studies and part-time jobs can exert a great influence on academic performance and personal growth of the students. And a healthy and positive relationship requires our untiring efforts. On the one hand, as college students, we should understand that the significance of study is above all else. That is to say, we should not allow any other activities to occupy our time in class, and we are also supposed to set aside enough time for self-study. On the other hand, part-time jobs are also very important for college students, which can enrich our resumes. As a result, we’d better find some part-time jobs that are related to our future work direction, preferably with flexible hours. In brief, the key to balancing the relationship between studies and part-time jobs is to strengthen our own time management skills. Only by doing so, can we maintain a healthy and positive study-work relationship, which is beneficial to college students.应用文——电子邮件(邀请外教当辩论赛评委)Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an e-mail to invite a foreign teacher in your college to be a judge for the upcoming English debate competition. 2023年英语专业四级考试真题作文〔通用11篇〕2023年英语专业四级考试真题作文〔通用11篇〕英语专业四级考试真题答案之写作篇篇1With Intelligent Machines to Do the Thinking, Will Our Brains Get Lazy?In my opinion, artificial intelligence will enable our brains to get more creative. Admittedly, a lot of work has been done by intelligent machines. It seems that the function of people has been weakened and people’s brains have been replaced. As a matter of fact, thanks to intelligent machines, people can expand their creative energy and add new varieties. Simply speaking, when people are free from tedious, repetitive, sometimes even dangerous work, work efficiency will undoubtedly be improved. As a result, people can spare more time to do what they want and pursue what they dream of, which is the premise of creativity. Moreover, creativity stems primarily fromknowledge and thinking. Once people have the opportunity to do more thinking and learning, their intelligence would be enhanced rather than weakened.Although artificial intelligence is the exhibition of people’s high degree of creative power, it should be noted that it is like a double-edged sword. The sensible choice is to embrace its advantages and cope with the problems it has aroused. This is what an advanced and rational society should be like.英语专业四级考试真题答案之写作篇篇2In recent years, with the increasingly fierce petition, more and more people are bearing great pressure from study, work and life. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.答案:Writing1、[范文]Urban DevelopmentThe reform and opening-up policy has witnessed the increasing of urbanization rate. Along with the fast pace of urbanization comes not only the rich material life and convenient transportation, but also various environmental and social problems. The most annoying problem of urban development is the increasingly heavy traffic jam. With the rapid increase in the quantity of vehicles, it takes us more time to go to work. Urban air pollution, which is caused by the ever-increasing motor vehicle emissions, is another potential threat to the health of city dwellers. Although various measures have been taken to improve air quality, it is still not satisfying enough. Other problems, such as solid waste pollution, water resources scarcity, food security, are also the results of urban development. In order to solve the problems in urban development, it is imperative to coordinate the relationship between urbanization and industrialization and to promote the construction of smart cities. And new methods and ideas should be introduced to city administrators and planners to solve the contradiction between the improvement of people's living standard and the healthy development of urbanization.2、[范文]Will E-books Replace Paper Books?Though e-books have many advantages, such as space saving, environmental protection and low cost, I strongly believe that they will never replace paper books.First of all, people comprehend better when reading paper hooks. A study showed that people who read on papers in the exam score higher than those who read electronic materials. What's more, despite the fact that the adjustable font size and backlighting will help reading, reading electronic materials will do a lot of harm to the eyes if no adequate precautions are taken. We are already exposed to too much electronic screens, and reading e-books will make it worse. Last but not least, when reading a paper book, we enjoy the peaceful state of mind, and can flip pages backward or forward to really enjoy the pleasure of reading, which is difficult to achieve whenreading e-books.E-books will be more and more popular due to the advance of technology. However, paper books are already a part of our life. No matter which one you choose, the only thing that matters is that you are reading.F-3、[范文]How to Inherit Traditional CultureIt's a popular trend nowadays that more and more people are celebrating foreign festivals, ignoring traditional ones, like the Dragon Boat Festival and Double Ninth Festival. However, traditional culture is the treasure of Chinese national culture and also an important component of Chinese advanced culture. Therefore, we should try our best to inherit and carry forward Chinese traditional culture. To begin with, the government should shoulder the responsibility to urge schools to carry out traditional culture education. Besides, it is an effective way for the young generation to inherit traditional culture through textbooks. Therefore, apart from introducing traditional festivals and customs in textbooks, it is advisable to introduce traditional philosophy and classics in the textbooks based on the psychological characteristics of primary and middle school students. Lastly, cultural innovation is also essential to inherit traditional culture. Only by combining cultural inheritance and cultural innovation can we promote cultural development positively. To improve our international competitive capability, every one of us should inherit the traditional culture creatively and absorb the essence of foreign cultures to maintain the exuberant vitality of our traditional culture.4、[范文]The Advantages and Disadvantages of New Energy VehiclesAs many foreign countries announced schedules to ban conventional fueled vehicles, new energy vehicles spark a hot discussion in Chinese automobile market. Some refuses new energy vehicles due to the low battery durability and reliability and high price, but much more people applaud for it.Admittedly, new energy vehicles are still at the initial stage in which various problems need to be solved. For example, due to the limited charging stations and battery durability, it is impossible to travel a long way by new energy vehicles. High cost is another important factor that barricades their popularity. Nevertheless, new energy vehicles are ideal in addressing energy security and urban air pollution concerns. With no emissions generated and low energy consumption, new energy vehicles are environmentally friendly and cost less compared with conventional fueled ones. From what we have discussed above, it is an inevitable trend for the new energy vehicles to dominate our life because of their various advantages. The government should launch preferential policies and encourage technological revolution to promote the development of new energy vehicles and related industries.5、[范文]Innovation AbilityAs George Bernard Shaw said, "Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their mind, cannot change anything." It cannot be denied that change, especially innovation, is the only way for human to advance. Without the power of innovation, the world will fall into an irrevocable dilemma.Innovation brings chances and changes, which will not only stabilize our nation but also enhance the overall national competitive power. Due to an innovative policy, the reform and opening-up policy, China has undergone remarkable changes over the past three decades, and people's living standard has gone up dramatically. What's more, innovation has been recognized as the sure path to success for any company. Encouraging employees to free their minds and giving them time to think of innovative ideas are effective to increase productivity. As for individuals, cultivating innovative ability is of vital importance for one's professional development. To encourage innovation, investment in research should be increased to encourage scholars to take up the challenges. And corresponding curriculum should be made to stimulate students' interest in solving problems and to foster their innovation ability from the very beginning.。

大学英语四级考试写作训练题篇1There is an undeniable fact that the number of animals is declining faster than ever before. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 37 species disappear from our earth every year. It is obvious that the problem has become a serious one worth our concern。
When we explore this problem, some underlying factors emerge. In the very first place, human beings have played a big part. With the fast development of human society, the environment is much destroyed, and animals lose their home. Accordi ngly, some species become extinct. What’s more, people hunt animals for food and skin. A good case in point is that the Japanese have killed a lot of whales because they like to eat the meat. You should write at least 150 words and base your composition on the outline given in Chinese below:1. 阅读在英语学习中的作用2. 如何利用阅读提高英语水平3. 你的看法Sample Answers:Part I:The Differences between Studying English in China and Studying English in an English-Speaking CountryStudying English in China and studying English in an English-speaking country are two completely different experiences. In China, the focus of English education tends to be on grammar rules, vocabulary memorization, and test preparation. Students spend a lot of time learning the language in a classroom setting, which can be effective for improving their reading and writing skills. However, they often lack the opportunity to practice speaking and listening in real-life situations. On the other hand, studying English in an English-speaking country provides students with immersion in the language and culture. They have the chance to interact with native speakers on a daily basis, which helps them improve their speaking and listening skills dramatically. They also have access to authentic materials such as newspapers, magazines, and movies, which can enhance their reading and listening abilities.Personally, I believe that studying English in anEnglish-speaking country is more effective in terms of language acquisition. However, studying English in China can also be beneficial if students make an effort to practice speaking and listening outside of the classroom.Part II:The Importance of Reading in English LearningReading plays a crucial role in English learning as it helps students improve their vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension skills. By reading extensively, students are exposed to a wide range of words and sentence structures, which can help them express themselves more clearly and fluently. Additionally, reading provides insight into the culture and customs of English-speaking countries, which is essential for effective communication. To utilize reading to improve their English proficiency, students should read a variety of materials such as newspapers, novels, and academic articles. They should also make a habit of looking up unfamiliar words and phrases to expand their vocabulary. Furthermore, students can practice reading aloud to improve their pronunciation and intonation. In my opinion, reading is a vital component of English learning that should not be overlooked. It not only enhances language skills but also broadens the mind and enriches one's understanding of the world.Overall, by recognizing the differences between studying English in China and studying English in an English-speaking country, as well as the importance of reading in English learning, students can effectively improve their English proficiency and communication skills.。

But my teacher told me to just do my best and not worry too much. When the test started, I was shaking like a leaf. But as I read the questions, I started to feel more confident. The first section was listening, and I was surprised that I could understand most of it. I even got a few questions right!Next was the reading section. It was a bit harder, but I tried my best to answer all the questions. The passages were about different topics like history and science, but I just kept reading and taking notes. After that was the writing section. I had to write an essay about my favorite holiday. I chose Christmas and wrote all about the decorations, the food, and spending time with family. I hope the examiner likes it!Finally, there was the speaking section. I had to talk about a topic for two minutes, and I chose to talk about my dream job. Iwas so nervous, but I managed to talk about how I want to be a vet and help animals.Overall, I think I did pretty well on the test. I'm proud of myself for working hard and giving it my all. Now I just have to wait for the results and see how I did. Fingers crossed!篇6Wow! Hi everyone! Today I want to talk about the English writing test that I took in December 2031. It was super challenging but also super fun!First of all, let me tell you about the topic of the essay. The question was all about the importance of learning a second language. I had to write about why it's good to learn another language and how it can benefit us in the future. It was a really interesting topic and I had a lot of fun thinking about all the reasons why learning a second language is important.Next, let's talk about the structure of the essay. I made sure to start with an introduction where I explained what I was going to talk about in the essay. Then I wrote three body paragraphs where I gave three different reasons why learning a second language is important. Finally, I ended with a conclusion where Isummarized all my points and gave my final thoughts on the topic.I also made sure to use lots of linking words and phrases to connect my ideas and make my essay flow well. I used words like "firstly", "secondly", "in addition", and "finally" to help organize my ideas and make my writing easy to follow.Overall, I had a great time writing the essay for the English writing test. It was a bit tricky at times, but I think I did a really good job of explaining why learning a second language is so important. I can't wait to see how I did on the test!Well, that's all for now. Thanks for listening to my essay adventure! Byeee!篇7Hello everyone! Today I want to talk about the English writing test I took last month. It was super hard, but I think I did pretty well. The topic was about climate change and how it affects our planet. I had to write at least 200 words about it.First, I talked about what climate change is and why it is happening. I said that it's caused by things like pollution and deforestation. Then I wrote about the effects of climate change, like melting ice caps and extreme weather. I also mentioned some ways we can help, like using less energy and planting trees.I tried to use some fancy words to make my writing sound smarter, like "environmental sustainability" and "carbon footprint." I hope the examiner liked that!Overall, I think my essay was pretty good. I made sure to use proper grammar and punctuation, and I checked my spelling too.I also tried to make my writing flow nicely, so it was easy to read.I'm excited to get my results back and see how I did. I hope I pass with flying colors! And I hope this essay helps you guys too if you have to take the test. Good luck everyone!篇8Hey guys, today I want to tell you about the four-level English exam I took in December 2023. It was super hard but also super fun!First of all, the listening part was crazy. They played all these recordings and I had to answer questions about them. Some of the people talking had really weird accents, and I had to really concentrate to understand what they were saying. But you know what? I think I did pretty well!Next, the reading section was tough too. I had to read these long passages and answer questions about them. Some of the words were really tricky and I had to guess the meanings. But luckily I love reading, so I think I did ok on this part too. Then came the writing section. I had to write an essay about my favorite hobby. I chose to write about playing soccer because I love it so much! I wrote about how happy it makes me and all the friends I've made playing the game. I really hope the examiner liked it!Finally, the speaking part was the scariest for me. I had to talk about a topic randomly chosen by the examiner. I got "the importance of learning a foreign language", which I was kind of nervous about because my English isn't perfect. Although my ideas are not consistent, I havenow decided to start a business of my own as my lifelong career.A variety of factors have led me to make this decision over other more lucrative ones. To begin with, running my own business means freedom and independence. As a person having my own business, I am free to use my own ideas and make my own decisions, a privilege not everyone can have, even those with highly-paid positions. More importantly, I like starting my own business in that it offers a certain peace of mind. No more rushing to catch a morning bus, no more anxiety to please a boss, no more worries about your paycheck which is steady, if not handsome.Nothing, not even a big salary, can equal for the satisfaction of being your own boss and a gentle peace of life.
6. WRITINGPART VI WRITING1.Should Young Children Use Computer Every Day? Computer is a very useful tool to us. But some experts say using a computer every day can have more negative than positive effects on young children. Do you agree or disagree? Write a composition of about 200 words on the following topic: Should Young Children Use Computer Every Day? You are to write in three parts. In the first part, state specifically what your opinion is. In the second part, provide one or two reasons to support your opinion. In the last part, bring what you have written to a natural conclusion or make a summary.正确答案:Should Young Children Use Computer Every Day? In my extended family, all of the young children under 15 are near-sighted. When asked about the cause of near-sightedness, they all confessed that they used computer too often and too much. In light of this tragedy, I think children should not use computer every day. First of all, using computer too often could harm young children’s eyesight. Children’s organs are extremely sensitive and unstable. If they receive too much stimulus from the computer screens, their eyes will be affected and symptoms of near-sightedness will occur. Secondly, computers would confine young children in their rooms and deprive them of the communication between them and the outside world. It is reported that two thirds of teenagers are room-bound, and 1 in 15 of them would not leave their room during weekends, blogging. What they miss are the unique opportunities to experience different things. Youth could be better spent in traveling, taking on hobbies and many other interesting activities. These would help young children to develop into an all-round person. In conclusion, young children should not use computer on daily basis. They should go out and explore the infinite possibilities that life promises.解析:本题属于“立场选择型”作文,涉及的题材是“科学技术”。

From my point ofview, college students should learn to be thrifty. We should limit our expenditure on daily necessities but not buy whatever we want regardless of their prices. The habit of thrift can help US form fight values and is favorable to our future development.

四级真题作文及答案 1In the modern era, there is aheated debate regarding whether theuniversitys library should be open to the public. Some believe thatit will do us more good than harm, while others argue that it wilpose a threat to the order and operation of the university. In myview, the university authorities shouldbe cautious about offeringthe outsiders an access to such an important venue,Above all,the library, serving as a critical academic facility as well asan indispensable researchsite for both students and teachers, issupposed to keep those limited valuable resourcesto its authorizedusers. If the university choosesto open the library to the public,it ishighly possible that a mass of people will rush into this place, leavingmany college students and teachersunable to complete their aca-demic work.Furthermore, when too many citizens crowd intothelibrary, there will be unnecessary talking, laughing, quarreling oreven chasing, incurring disorder of one kind oranother. In conclusion, the merits of such a practice outweigh the demerits. Therefore, opening the universitys library tothe public must neverbe put on the universitys agenda.四级真题作文及答案 2In the modern era, there is a heated debate regarding whether theuniversitys canteens should be open to the public. Some believethatit will do us more good than harm, while others argue that it willpose a threat to theorder and operationof the university. In myview, the university should recognize that this has both pros andcons.Lets start with the advantages.First,it allowsthe public to enjoy thediverse and delicious food offered by university canteens. This canenhance the reputation of the university and foster a stronger rela-tionship between the university and thelocal community.Second, itcan also generate additional revenue for the university, which canbe used to improve the facilities and services provided tostudents. However, there are also potential drawbacks to consider. For in-stance,the increased number of people using the canteen may leadtoovercrowding and longer waiting times for students during peakhours.Additionally, the public may have different preferences anddietary requirements compared to students, which could affect themenu options available and potentially increase costs. In conclusion, the university should weigh the merits and demeritsso that itcan provide the best possible eXperiencefor both studentsand membersof the public.四级真题作文及答案 3After the epidemic, there is a heated debate regarding whether uni-versity sports facilities should be open to the public. Some believethat itwill bringthe society much benefits, while others argue that itwill pose a threat to the security of college students. In my view, weneed to recognize that opening sports facilities to the public hasmore pros than cons.First,it has dramatically improved the health level of the whole soci-ety.People can eXercise on the playground to invigorate health ef-fectively,reduce the risk of heart disease, and lower the odds ofobesity, which not only prolong peoples life but also curtail thewholeeXpenditure of healthcare.Second, making university sportsfacilities available to the public contributes to the cost-cutting ofthegovernment. If thecampus sports facilities are not open to thepublic, government willalso build them elsewhere, which is boundto increase its budget pressure. In the mean time, the utilization ofsports facilities in schools will also be reduced if the public cannotaccess to them, resulting wasting of resources. In conclusion, although too many “non-students”might cause se-curity problem toward the university, this can be overcome by strict-er regulation, while allowing people to use sports facilities in thecampus will undoubtedly bring agreat deal of benefits to the wholesociety.四级真题作文及答案 4In recent days, our university is soliciting students opinions on whether university libraries should be open to the public. This is a topic that has sparked much debate. On one hand, there are several advantages to opening university libraries to the public.Firstly,it promotes knowledge sharing.Libraries are treasure troves of knowledge, and by opening them up, more people can access a wide range of academic resources, books, journals, and research materials. This can contribute to the overall improvement of societys intellectual level.Secondly,it can enhance theuniversitys social image.Demonstrating an openness and willingness to share knowledge with the public shows that the university is committed to serving the community and not just its own students.Thirdly, it may encourage more interaction and cooperation between the university and the outside world. For eXample, local residents who use the library might have opportunities to collaborate with university researchers or participate in academic activities. On the other hand, there are also concerns. One major worry is overcrowding. If the library is open to the public, it may become too crowded, especially during peak periods. This could disrupt the study environment for university students who rely on the library for quiet study spaces.Another concern is the potential misuse of resources. Some members of the public might not handle the books and materials properly, leading to damage or loss. Moreover, security issues might arise as it becomes more difficult to monitor who is using the library. In conclusion, while opening university libraries to the public has its merits in terms of knowledge sharing and community engagement, it also poses challenges in terms of crowd control and resource management.A careful balance needs to be struck to ensure that both the university community andthe public can benefit from an open library while minimizing the negative impacts.四级真题作文及答案 5The question of whether university libraries should be open to the public is a compleX one.As a student, I have given this matter a great deal of thought. For those in favor of opening, it can be argued that it is a way to give back to society.Universities are often funded by public resources, so opening their libraries allows the public to access the knowledge and information that they have helped to support.Additionally,it can inspire lifelong learning.People from all walks of life can use the library to eXpand their horizons and pursue personal growth. Moreover, it can foster a sense of community. The library can become a place where people from different backgrounds come together to learn and eXchange ideas. However, opponents point out several drawbacks. One issue is the strain on resources.University libraries are designed to meet the needs of students and faculty. If the public is allowed in, there may not be enough study spaces, computers, and books to go around. This could negatively affect the educational eXperience of university students.Another concernis security. With more people coming in and out of the library,it becomes more difficult to ensure the safety of the facilities and the people using them. There is also the possibility of noise and disruption, which can interfere with the study and research activities of students. In my opinion, university libraries could be selectively open to the public. For eXample, certain areas could be reserved for university users during peak study times, while other areas could be open to the public at specific hours. This way, the benefits of knowledge sharing and community engagement can be achieved while minimizing the negative impacts on students and the university community.四级真题作文及答案 6The debate over whether university libraries should be open to the public is an important one.On the surface, it seems like a simple question, but there are many factors to consider. One of the main arguments for opening university libraries to the public is that it can increase access to education. Not everyone has the opportunity to attend university, but by opening the libraries, people can still access valuable educational resources. This can help to level the playing field and provide opportunities for self-improvement.Additionally,it can promote cultural eXchange.People from different cultures and backgrounds can come together in the library and learn from each other. On the contrary, there are concerns about the impact on university students. If the library is open to the public, it may become more difficult for students to find study spaces and access the resources they need. There is also the risk of damage to books and facilities. Some members of the public may not be as careful with the materials as university students and faculty. Moreover, there could be issues with security and privacy. With more people in the library, it becomes more challenging to ensure the safety and privacy of students and their work.In conclusion, while opening university libraries to the public has its potential benefits,it also presents challenges.A compromise could be to implement a system where the public can access the library under certain conditions, such as during specific hours or with a library card. This would allow for some degree of access while also protecting the interests of university students and the integrity of the librarys resources.四级真题作文及答案 7The issue of whether university libraries should be open to the public is a topic of much discussion on our campus. Those who advocate for opening the libraries argue that it can enhance social cohesion.By providing a place for people to gather and learn, university libraries can help to build stronger communities. It can also be a source of inspiration for those who are passionate about learning but may not have access to other educational resources. Moreover,it can promote intellectual growth and creativity.People from different fields and disciplines can interact and share ideas, leading to new insights and discoveries. However, opponents worry about the practical implications. One concern is the management of resources.University libraries have limited space and resources, and opening them to the public may strain these resources. There could be issues with book availability, computer access, and study spaces.Another concern is the potential for disruption. The library is a place of study and research for university students, and the presence of the public may cause distractions and noise. In my view, a balanced approach is needed.University libraries could consider opening certain sections or resourcesto the public while maintaining dedicated areas for university students. This could involve setting up separate study areas for the public and implementing stricter rules on noise and behavior.Additionally, the university could work with the community to educate users on proper library etiquette and resource management. In conclusion, the decision to open university libraries to the public should be carefully considered, taking into account the needs of both the university community and the public.By finding a middle ground, we can ensure that everyone has access to knowledge while maintaining a productive learning environment.四级真题作文及答案 8As our university considers whether to open its library to the public, it is essential to weigh the pros and cons carefully. On the positive side, opening the university library to the public can have several significant benefits.Firstly, it can serve as a powerful tool for promoting lifelong learning. In todays rapidly changing world, people of all ages and backgrounds need access to knowledge to stay informed and develop new skills.By making the university library accessible to the public, we can encourage individuals to engage inself-directed learning and personal growth.Secondly, it can enhance community engagement. The library can become a hub for cultural and educational activities, bringing together people from different walks of life. This can foster a sense of community and cooperation, as well as promote understanding and dialogue between different groups.Thirdly, it can showcase the universitys commitment to serving the wider community.By sharing its resources with the public, the university can demonstrate its role as a valuable institution that is dedicated to the betterment of society. However, there are also valid concerns that need to be addressed. One of the main issues is the potential for overcrowding.University libraries are designed to meet the needs of students and faculty, and opening them to the public may lead to a shortage of study spaces, books, and other resources. This could disrupt the learning environment for university students and make it difficult for them to access the materials they need.Another concern is the management of resources. The library staff may need to deal with a larger number of users, which could put a strain on their time and resources. There is also the risk of damage to books and facilities, as some members of the public may not handle thematerials as carefully as university users. Moreover, security and privacy issues may arise, as more people have access to the library. To address these concerns, several measures could be taken. For eXample, the university could implement a reservation system for study spaces to ensure that students have access when they need it.The library staff could also provide more resources and support for managing the increased number of users.Additionally, the university could work with the community to educate users on proper library etiquette and resource management. This could include workshops on how to handle books and use the library facilities properly. In conclusion, while opening the university library to the public has its potential benefits, it also poses several challenges.By carefully considering these issues and implementing appropriate measures, we can find a balance that allows both the university community and the public to benefit from this valuable resource.四级真题作文及答案 9The question of whether university libraries should be open to the public is a compleX one that requires careful consideration. On one hand, there are strong arguments in favor of opening these libraries. For starters,it can promote educational equality. Not everyone has the opportunity to attend university, but by opening the library, we can provide access to knowledge and resources to a wider range of people. This can help bridge the gap between those who have the universitys reputation and social responsibility.By sharing its resources with the public, the university shows that it is committed to making a positive contribution to society. On the other hand, there are legitimate concerns that need to be addressed. One major concern is the potential for overcrowding.University libraries are often designed to accommodate a certain number of users, mainly students and faculty. If the library is open to the public, there is a risk that it could become too crowded, making it difficult for students to find study spaces and access the resources theyneed.Another concern is the management of resources. The library staff may need to deal with a larger number of users, which could put a strain on their time and resources. There is also the risk of damage to books and facilities, as some members of the public may not handle the materials as carefully as university users. Moreover, security and privacy issues may arise, as more people have access to the library. To address these concerns, several measures could be taken. For eXample, the university could limit the number of public users allowed in the library at any given time. This could be done through a reservation system or by setting specific hours for public access. The library staff could also provide more resources and support for managing the increased number of users.Additionally, the university could work with the community to educate users on proper library etiquette and resource management. This could include workshops on how to handle books and use the library facilities properly. In conclusion, while opening university libraries to the public has its advantages and disadvantages, it is a decision that should be made after careful consideration.By weighing the pros and You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.参考范文The past years have witnessed a mounting number of Chinese scholars returning from overseas. As is lively illustrated by the column chart, the number of returnees climbed from a mere 69.3 thousand in 2008 to over 272.9 thousand in 2012, at an annual increase rate of around 50%.A multitude of factors may have led to the tendency revealed by the chart, but the following are the critical ones from my perspective. First and foremost, along with the development of Chinese economy and society, the number of Chinese studying abroad has been soaring in the past years, which has provided an expanding base for the number of returnees. In the second place, the government has enacted a series of preferential policies to attract overseas Chinese scholars back home. Last but not least, the booming economy, science and technology in this country have generated more attractive job opportunities for scholars returning from overseas. The waves of returnees will definitely contribute to this nation’s development, since they have brought back not only advanced science and technology but also pioneering concepts of education and management. Withmore scholars coming back from overseas, and with the concerted efforts ofthe whole nation, we have reasons to expect a faster rejuvenation of this country.(二)图片评论式作文(图画作文)对于图画作文,基本可以认为是我们小学时练习的“看图说话”。
虽然题目不会给出提纲,但是一般基本的写作思路是固定的:描述图片、阐明观点、给出建议。
第一段,重点描述图画内容。
这点在题干中也有强调(with a brief description of the picture)。
对图画内容的描述可以饮用图画中人物的对话。
简要描述即可,不用发散或挖掘。
也就意味着,事实上你若看不懂图画中的“核废物”之,其实没关系,也可以照抄。
第二段,阐明观点。
而观点在题干中事实上给得很清楚:the importance of doing small things before undertaking somethingbig.
Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay. Your essay should start with a brief description of the picture. You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words. This is a satiric but true-to-life drawing. As we can see in it, a man is drowning, with only one arm above water gesturing for help. Those standing on the bank, however, instead of lending a helping hand, are busy photographing with their mobile phones, most possibly taking the scene as another eyeball-attractor on the Internet.Exaggerating as it might be, the phenomenon mirrored by the cartoon is not uncommon in modern society. Actually, both the picture and instances in real life point to the fact that many people nowadays ignore what they should do due to the use of mobile phones and the Internet. It never too rare to see some people taking pictures of newly served dishes in a restaurant and upload them to their friend circle in We Chat. Nor is it to find people busy taking photos and update their micro blogs when touring. Some even fail to take proper actions in case of emergency, just as the crowd in the picture do. Their only goal seems to be attracting as much attention online as possible.Such being the case, it is high time that we pondered over the problem and figured out a solution. Among all measures, I believe, the central one should be resisting the temptation of vanity brought along by such modern self-media as micro blog, and coming more back to life itself.(三)提纲式作文1.对立观点式A.有人认为X 是好事,赞成X,为什么?B.有人认为X 是坏事,反对X,为什么?C.我的看法。
