浆渣自分离立式磨浆机设计设计
摘要
目前全国的磨浆机生产企业分布特点是区域性的群体生产状况,我国磨浆机行业整体质量仍处在一个较低水平。由于磨浆机生产企业规模小,多为个体企业,生产设备陈旧,产品质量不稳定。针对我国现有豆制品加工技术产品存在的一些技术问题,及对多功能磨浆机产品的需求状况,提出一种浆渣自分离的立式磨浆机的设计方案。利用由电动机直联驱动的转轴,使定砂轮片与动砂轮片产生高的相对运动,对物料进行充分研磨。并利用高速旋转下的离心力原理,使研磨后的浆与渣分离,最大限度的获取大豆中的蛋白质成分。达到充分利用产品功用,提高豆制品生产效率的目的。

Vertical Type Stuff Grinder of Seprating Bean-milk and Beandregs
Abstract: At the present time, manufacturers of Stuff Grinder is characterized by the distribution of regional groups of production, our quality of Stuff Grinde industry as a whole is still at a lower level. Stuff Grinder as a result of small-scale manufacturing enterprises, and more for individual enterprises, production facilities are old and unstable product quality.To study the problem of t oday’s bean products’ process technology in our country,and considering the demand conditions of multifunctional stuff grinder ,to raise a kind of design proposal:the vertical type stuff grinder of seprating bean-milk and beandregs automatically .to take advantage of electric motor ,drivie rotating shaft directly.in order to making high relative movement between immobile grinding wheel and mobile grinding wheel .so the materiel can be grindded fully.Besides,basing on the centrifugal force theory in the condition of high speed revolution,to separte bean-milk and beandregs.so subunit of protein from beans can be got utmostly. For carrying the point of improving productivity.
