More people drink when they are thirsty, but often need much more, especially when they have been taking exercises. It is vital that people should drink enough water every day. Water can help people to keep fit. It can also ease pain in case of illness. The habit of drinking water soon after getting up will bring a purging and refreshing effect;likewise, drinking some water before bedtime will also do people, especially old people, a lot of good. When one is fainting, water will bring him back to consciousness; if one is badly wounded, water will help to lend him vigour. In a word, water means life. A lack of water in the body is most harmful to health.新编英语语法教程第09讲练习参考答案Ex. 9A1. 02. 03. the, an4. the5. 06. the, the, the7. 0, a8. 0, the9. a, the 10. the 11. 0, the 12. A 13.
