气动密封件气动密封件表面粗糙度表面粗糙度DIN EN ISO 4287密封件的可靠性和使用寿命极大程度上取决于所密封处配合表面的质量和表面光洁度。
划痕、擦伤、小孔、集中加工痕或螺旋加工痕是不允许的,动态表面的表面光洁度比静态配合表面有更高要求。
最常用来描述微观光洁度特征的，在DIN EN ISO4287中规定是R a、R z和R max，但是在密封技术中只有这些特征来评定适用性是不够的，另外，还要求有按照DIN EN ISO 4287规定的表面粗糙度形状的材料接触区域R mr。
这个表面技术要求的意义表示在图4中，它清楚地表明只有技术要求R a和R z不足以准确地描述针对密封技术的表面粗糙度形状，并且不足以评定适用性。
材料接触区域R mr对于评定表面是必不可少的，因为这个参数是由规定的表面粗糙度形状来确定的，换句话说，它是直接取决于采用的加工过程。
特瑞堡建议要遵照以下的表面光洁度：表VII 表面粗糙度材料接触范围应当是大约50%至70%，在切割深度C=0.25×R z确定，相对于C ref .5%的参考线。

格来圈是1953年成立的美国霞板公司（1992年跟德国宝色公司合资后成为宝色霞板密封公司）率先研发出的双向密封，通常由1件特康®（填充聚四氟乙烯）密封环加1件橡胶赋能元件（O形圈，星形圈或矩形圈）组合成套的同轴式组合密封圈，业界闻名的有矩形格来圈及更适合工程机械液压缸应用工况的T型格来圈及风电变桨液压缸用的Hz型格来圈等。
双向密封的最突出优点是作为孔用活塞密封杜绝了常用两道单向密封背靠背布置组成的活塞密封系统会发生困油破坏的风险（见图1所示）。
T型格来圈与矩形格来圈性能相比如图2所示，T型格来圈位于高压侧的斜面受压会上抬，使得密封面压力大大提高，能割裂油膜，消除窜漏；而同时位于低压侧的斜面会下压，使得密封面上压力降低，加上特殊倒角设计，使得T型格来圈在特定压力下不会被挤出的许用间隙要比在同样工况下的矩形格来圈的许用间隙大很多。
对客户而言，因硬件加工的工艺性好技术等级要求低，减少了工件报废率、降低了成本，提升了效率。
T型格来圈的截面设计符合现代密封理论研究结果—密封性能的好坏取决于密封面上的压缩应力分布，密封高压侧的应力分布越陡峭、低压侧的应力分布越平缓，则密封性能就越高效。
