6月30日，国家海洋局介入调查，预计近期将向外界公布调查结果。

7月1日，中海油首次正式作出回应：据美国康菲石油中国有限公司(康菲中国)报告，由该公司任作业者的蓬莱19-3油田于6月上、中旬发生渗漏，附近海面出现油膜，目前渗漏点已经得到控制。

受溢油事件影响，渤海湾蓬莱840平方公里海域原本一类的海水，一夜之间变为劣四类海水。

经过调查取证，目前该事故已经立案。

7月5日，中海油否认隐瞒多起漏油事件，称媒体哗众取宠。

在中海油正式承认国内最大海上油气田蓬莱19-3油田6月中旬发生原油渗漏后，有媒体报道称，此前中海油还发生过多起海上原油渗漏事件，但未完整披露过。

7月5日，中海油相关部门负责人告诉记者，未听说有与蓬莱19-3油田类似级别的泄漏事件。

7月8日渤海湾漏油惹怒地方法规，山东省最高索赔2亿元。

7月11日国家海洋局称中海油渤海油田仍少量溢油。

7月30日，国家海洋局责令康菲公司8月31日前封堵溢油源。

记者从国家海局获悉：国家海洋局日前下发通知，责成康菲公司限期彻底排查溢油风险点、彻底封堵溢油源、加快溢油污染处置。

各个品牌车型原厂机油生产商广汽本田生产商：天津日石润滑油脂有限公司机油型号：两种矿物机油（SL级10W-30、SM级5W-30），一种全合成机油（SM 5W-40）适用车型：广汽本田是按照以下建议更换发动机润滑油，但高级别润滑油可向下兼容低级别的润滑油，消费者可根据自己情况来选择相应的润滑油型号。

油服企业上演最大并购案本报记者李慧 ? 中国能源报 ?〔 2021年3月1日第10 版〕2月21日，全球最大油田效劳企业斯伦贝谢公司〔Schlumberger Ltd.〕与美国油服企业史密斯国际公司〔Smith International Inc.〕结合宣布，经双方董事会一致通过，斯伦贝谢公司将全资收购这家钻机供应巨头。

油服业史上最大并购案斯伦贝谢公司在其官网上发布声明表示，根据双方协议，史密斯国际公司股东持有的股票每股可以兑换0.6966股斯伦贝谢公司的股票，票面价值基于2月19日斯伦贝谢每股44.51美元的收盘价。

因此，此次收购价额高达110亿美元。

根据彭博社数据显示，此次并购是斯伦贝谢公司史上最大的一宗交易，也将是今年美国油服行业最大的并购案，同时，它还是自彭博社十多年前开始追踪并购统计以来，最大一宗油田效劳公司的并购案。

收购消息一经公布，史密斯国际公司的股价一天内就上涨了4.35美元，涨幅到达13%。

斯伦贝谢公司表示，预计2021年并购将为公司税前节约1.6亿美元，2021年有望到达3.2亿美元，并可开始为公司增收。

该公司同时表示，此次交易还需得到监管部门和双方股东的最终批准，预计将于今年下半年彻底完成。

交易双方分别聘请了高盛集团和瑞银集团作为交易的指导咨询方。

有知情人士透露，两家公司在几年前就开始讨论合并事项，并于去年就换股收购事宜根本达成一致，只是史密斯国际公司盈利下降导致股价下跌之后，洽谈暂时被搁浅。

今年2月，斯伦贝谢公司任命帕尔·凯普斯高为首席运营官，这一举动当时被外界普遍认为是为公司首席执行官安德鲁·古尔德腾出更多时间，以筹划并购一类的“重要〞问题。
