自我介绍：SELF-INTRODUCTION

各位老师好，很荣幸参加这次面试，我叫**，今年28周岁，***人。我性格开朗，做事认真，善于沟通，学习能力、团队协作能力较强。我毕业于211院校*****专业，毕业之后在********就职，已有五年工作经验。

Good morning, ladies & gentlemen, it’s my great honor to have this interview. My name is ** and I’m 28 years old. I’m a local of ***. Most of my friends/leaders find me a team player, a quick learner, optimistic in life and earnest during work. I graduated from *** University, one of “211 universities”and I majored in *****. After graduation, I went to ***，and have been working there for five years.

我的工作单位是国资委直属的军工类央企之一，是***研究机构，也是国内最早从事半导体材料和光纤研发的科研单位之一。我目前在***部，主要从事***的研发工作，有时***的生产环节，我参与过公司多个科研课题的申请工作、科研项目计划的制定、项目全周期的预算编制工作、合同管理工作等。我目前正在评工程师的职称。

My work unit is a state-owned enterprise. It aims at ***. It is also one of the earliest research institutions for semiconductor materials and optical fiber research & development. I’m currently in *** department. My job mainly includes research& development of ***. I’ve participated in multiple research projects, such as the project’s application, planning, full-cycle budgeting, contract management, etc. I’m current under the assessment of Engineer Title.

我选择报考贵校的MEM专业，有以下几方面原因：首先，我了解到贵校的MEM培养方向中，涉及工业工程管理相关领域，而其中的精益生产管理、先进制造与信息化管理，正与我现在的工作紧密相关，希望能通过深入学习，指导现在工作中的不足，如科研或生产阶段效率不高、过程管控不严谨、技术或管理的欠缺导致任务里程碑拖延等问题。其次，我也接触过一些项目管理方面的工作，也对工程项目管理有些基本了解，并且较为感兴趣，希望有机会能够深入学习，开阔思路、拓宽眼界，增加自己的知识储备。最后，我认为自己应该趁年轻，在工作之余多学习，多充电，不断追求进步。

我的介绍就这些，谢谢各位老师。

There are some reasons that I want to apply for MEM in your school: First of all,

I learnt that MEM courses are involved with the field of industrial engineering management. Among them, lean production, advanced manufacturing & information management are closely related to my work. Hopefully after in-depth learning, some problems during work can be improved, for example, low efficiency in research & production, lack of preciseness in process control, task delay due to deficient technology or management. Secondly, I’ve had some experience and got a basic understanding of project management. I’m quite interested in this field and sincerely wish to broaden my horizon and gain more knowledge. Last but not least, as a young man, I want to make progress during off hours. (第二三点有重复部分)

QUESTION ONE: Your study and working plan in the next few years?

我对自己未来五年的学业、事业、生活都做了比较清晰的规划。在学业和事业方面，如果有幸能考取贵校的研究生，我计划在今后的三年时间里，通过上课和自学的方式，弥补我在经济和管理知识领域的欠缺，能够将所学融会贯通，将理论应用到工作实践中，指导工作中的不足。在生活方面，希望能坚持自己的兴趣爱好，比如读书、旅游，目标是每年可以带着父母和爱人旅行一次，当然，也计划将生宝宝提上日程。

I have a clear five-year plan of my study, career and family life. Regarding the study and career, if I’m lucky enough to be enrolled by your university, for the next three years, I’ll improve my economic & management ability by attending classes or self-study. I’m also going to combine the theories I learn in class with practices at work. About family life, I’ll keep up my hobbies such as reading and travelling. To travel with my wife & parents once a year is always on my wish-list. Of course, we’re planning to have a baby!(这个其实，貌似，应该可以不说，哈哈~能不能把婚礼先办了！！)
