如何保持身体健康How to keep healthy。

Nowadays,with the living standard improving, more and more people begin to pay attention to their healthy conditions. As we all known, having a good body is the most benefit ,no matter to themselves and the whole family.And when your body is in good condition,,we will feel happy in our work,So how can we protect our body,to get a healthy life?

在当今社会,随着生活水平的提高,人们开始越来越关注自身的健康状况。我们都知道,拥有一个健康的身体,无论是对个人还对家庭都是大有裨益的;当我们身体健康的时候,工作、学习起来也十分快乐。那么如何才能爱护自己的身体,拥有健康的人生呢?

First, we must maintain a good state of mind.

第一,要保持良好心理状态。

保持好的情绪对心理健康很重要。我们应该有新的思想,而且要释放压力,这样我们才能对生活有一个好的态度。为了享受美好生活,我们必须保持健康。

Second, we need to do aerobic exercise at least twice a week, every 40 minutes.

第二,要每周做有氧运动至少二次,每次40分钟左右。

It is important to do regular exercises, such as running or playing badminton.

有规律地做一些运动也很重要,比如说跑步或者打打羽毛球。

Third, to ensure that not less than 8 hours of sleep a day.

第三,要保证每天睡眠不少于8小时。

Fourthly, there must be a balanced diet.

第四,要有平衡的饮食。

It is necessary to keep abalanced diet if you want to keep healthy.You'd better eat enough vegetables which contain rich vitamin, proper meat is needed,too. Avoid fried roasted food.

如果想保持健康,均衡的饮食很重要。你最好吃足够的蔬菜,因为它包含丰富的维生素。适量的肉类也是需要的。避免油炸和烤制食品。

Fifth, drink plenty of water each day.

第五,每天多喝水。
