As the saying goes, "the world pasta in China, Chinese pasta in Shanxi." My hometown is Shanxi province, a hometown of wheaten food.Similar to much of the northern China cuisine.Because of the unique climate and history,Shanxi Province is more interested in pasta.Shanxi has a unique pasta culture.

Then I will introduce two kinds of foods in my hometown.As far as I'm concerned.In ShanXi the noodles were made in different way, will have a different name .In the first place,I will introduce a kind of pasta called"the cat's ears.It shaped like a cat's ears, little and dainty.The cat”s ears is composed of wheat, sorghum and other coarse grains.Its shape is formed by the thumb rolling the fettucelles.Finally you will see this delicious pasta.Except the pasta ,Shanxi has many of the characteristics of Food.Just like Mutto soup.Mutton soup is a kind of ShanXi ’s snacks.It is make of sheep’s viscera ,vermicelli and some seasongings .Mutton soup is needs to use the sheep bones boil for a long time.Having a mutto soup in winter is very warm and good to your stomach.

I love my hometown very much, loves there special food , loves a there colored every bit of property.
