研究生入学复试的面试环节

复试也是研究生录取的一个重要环节，它又分面试与笔试两方面。面试是导师组正面考察考生的专业知识与思维能力，这往往决定对一个人的取舍。考生在面试前要认真准备，回答问题尽量做到条理清晰、表达准确；对老师提的问题要做到知之为知之，不知为不知，切莫胡编乱造、信口开河。

参加面试首先要树立自信乐观而不失谦虚诚实的形象。有的考生面试前心里忐忑不安，因而影响了临场思维及正常发挥，答起问题来吞吞吐吐，含混不清。也有的人不懂装懂，企图瞒天过海；有的人甚至骄傲自大、班门弄斧，这都会引起老师的反感。我认为，一方面你要相信自己，对问题积极思考,尽己所能做出得体的回答；另一方面，对不懂的东西可巧妙地绕过、机智地避开，或者干脆老老实实地说不知道，虚心求教于老师。这些是做学问做人的最起码的条件，在面试时是很看重的。

◆面试之前

1、服装要简单朴素干净，要像个实在的学生样子。

2、一定要表现的稳重大方，千万要谨慎，对自己不了解的事情，不要胡夸乱吹，也不要随便贬低谁，或者负面的评价谁。

3.一定要作到谦虚、再谦虚，多谈对导师学术方面的仰慕与崇拜。之前最好多找些导师写的文章来看，可以去中国期刊网上搜索，一旦你对他的学术方向和重点研究问题很了解，那，你就上定了！

◆面视当天

面试一般分为外语口试和专业口试2门，上午外语口试，一般是以系为单位举行。下午专业口试，一般是以专业为单位举行。

1、外语口试

A、口试老师一般面试的老师都是该系外语比较好的老师，像北大这样的重点大学，各个院系都有很多老师到国外留过学或者做过访问学者，所以有不少老师外语都相当好，就算他们语音语调不好，至少也有非常强的用地道的英语来表达思想的能力，而且，听力都相当好，所以他能百分百分辨出你的口语能力如何。

B、口试过程一般自我介绍是必须要准备的，自己写好背好，大概500字左右，说2到3分钟。准备好的东西会说的很流利，这样能给他一个好的印象。一般包括这样的内容：名字，原来毕业院校，你平时的爱好兴趣等，现在所报考的专业，你为什么报考该专业，你对该专业怎样的感兴趣，对当前该专业发展的简短评价，以及你准备以怎样的态度去研究该专业等等。

考试常常会包括其他一些内容，当然是专业方面的，如果你对专业词汇并不熟悉，那么你的自我介绍就最好准备充分一点，会占去一些时间，他就没时间问你别的问题了，而且一下子说了一大串流利标准的英文，他当然给你高分。

除了自我介绍，他们一般会考专业问题。形式不同，一些老师是直接问一些问题，如果他刚好研究你那个方向，那就问得更专业一点，他当然比你了解的多，而且还是英文！常常会有同学听不懂他提的问题！

C、要注意的问题千万要准备，不要盲目就上场，主要是准备自我介绍，对本专业找一点概述性的段落背一背，这样当他问到涉及该问题的时候，你就可以把准备好的用上。

千万不要对老师一个劲地提问，不要把口试现场当成了学术讨论会。如实说完自己的观点，稍微发挥一点就好了。

2、专业课口试

考生面试是真正的水平测试。导师一般天南海北地提出许多问题。不懂的切不可装懂，自己有所见解一定大胆说。面试前对本专业一定要有大体了解，最好了然于胸，对国内外相关信息也要知晓。在平时的复习过程中.要有意识地记住一些相关研究书籍的名称、作者及主要内容，有意识地训练自己对某些问题的分析析判断能力。面试时老师可能会考你一些记忆力与注意力的问题，也许会问你一些无关的话题。看看你的思考与评价能力如何。另外，仪表整洁，仪态大方，表达自如有序，也是应该重视的。
