While face- to- face communication differs from it, people can rely on communication partners and open heart to them, which is to people’s advantage. Granted, people have to admit the convenience of E-chat. However, people can’t turn a blind eye to the following phenomenon. On the condition that people send a message or E-mail to his company. Owing to many factors, he didn’t receive the information. A big deal is lost forever. But there is no possibility for face- to- face communication.

In sum, from what has been discussed above, we finally draw the conclusion that face- to- face communication is more reliable than E-chat. Naturally let’s take advantage of and develop face- to- face communication.
