DDG-6/1000A Big current generator for electric power department and the industrial and mining enterprises to carry out electrical equipment testing and the design and manufacture of special equipment,
suitable for all kinds of switch, current transformer and other electrical equipment of electric current load
test and temperature test.

V Using Method
五、使用方法
1、According to the working principle diagram connected lines.Transformer casing, such as work
station grounding must be good.
1、按工作原理图接好线路。

变压器外壳、操作台等必须接地良好。

2、the power supply is connected on the green light is lit, press start button again, the red light is lit,
show big current generator for riser.
2、接通电源，操作台上的绿色指示灯亮，再按起动按钮，红色指示灯亮，显示大电流发生器等
待升流。

3、Clockwise rotate equably voltage regulator, make the output current indicates the high current until
needed.In order to guarantee test accuracy, can be through a standard ammeter on the instrument terminal.
3、顺时针均匀旋转调压器，使输出电流指示直至所需的大电流。

为了保证测试精度，可在仪表
接线柱上串接一标准电流表。

4、Trials, once appear abnormal situation, should be immediately cut off the power supply, find out the
reason after testing.
4、试验中，一旦出现异常情况，应立即切断电源，查明原因后再进行试验。

5、Test is completed, the regulator must be transferred to zero, press the stop button to cut off the
power supply;When the power is cut off work, can dismantle test connection, to ensure safety.
5、试验完毕，必须将调压器调回零位，按停止按钮切断电源；切断工作电源后，方可拆除试验
接线，以保证安全。

Ⅵ、Matters needing attention
六、注意事项
1、This equipment is designed to work for a short period of time, for a long time are not allowed to
work under rated capacity, especially more than rated current operation is not allowed to prevent
overheating, the time range is as follows:
1、本设备是为短时间的工作而设计的，所以不允许长时间在额定容量下工作，特别不允许超过
额定电流运行，以防过热，其时间范围如下：
2、Newly installed and run without transformer, for a long time before the application of 1500
measurement between the coil and coil respectively by megger insulation resistance to the ground, when the
resistance is not lower than 0.5 ohms, can use.
2、新安装和长时间不用的变压器，运行前应用1500兆欧表分别测量线圈之间及线圈对地的绝
缘电阻，在电阻值不低于0.5兆欧时，方可使用。

3、Use of litres of converter transformer and work station must be reliable grounding, to ensure safety.
3、使用中，升流变压器和操作台必须可靠接地，以保证安全。

4、When the riser should slow even, handling should avoid excessive vibration.
4、升流时应缓慢均匀，搬运时应避免过大的震动。

5、Voltage regulator and brush contact list should be kept clean, circumstances can dip in with 90%
alcohol cotton to wipe clean.
5、调压器与电刷接触表应保持清洁，视情况可用90%酒精蘸棉纱擦拭干净。

6、This equipment should be stored in indoor clean, ventilated, dry place.
6、本设备应存放于室内清洁、通风、干燥之处。
