INTRODUCTION

The OVATEK non-contacting rotational angular sensor is specially designed for UAV, hobbies and ROBOT servo systems.

Based on OVATEK latest multi-system integration technology that integrating hall sensor array, powerful micro-control-unit, mixing signal processor and output stage modules on a small COB unit, operating at 2.5V/3.3V power supply that outputs full magnitude linear voltage signals.

It is able to be programmed to any angle from 90°up to 360°degree while maintaining 12-bit output resolution at continuous rotation.

OVATEK角度傳感器是專為微型舵機角度反饋而設計，可用於各種空心杯馬達、無刷馬達數位舵機，可在90°~360°範圍內輸出12-bit解析度的全量程電壓信號。設計者能夠很容易的植入現有的微型舵機結構中，將舵機轉動訊號反饋至伺服機控制器。目前角度程式設計功能並未開放給客戶使用，僅能在生產工廠中設定。

OVATEK servo potentiometer can provide precise mid-point mechanical position setting at 1/2 supplied voltage. 12-bit output resolution, promises 0.806mV per step linear output signals. Its non-contacting feature guarantees ultra-long cycle life that not only ideal for ROBOT joints, but also for UAV rudder servo, RC cloud terrace, industrial automation and many servo control systems.

AT07/10系列是專為頂級舵機而設計的微型輕量角度反饋電位器，其非接觸式特性可確保一百萬次以上的使用壽命。可在90°~360°任意程式設計範圍內無止檔

連續旋轉，工作電壓為2.5V/3.3V/5.0V，全量程輸出電壓信號。機械和電氣零位、中位、最大角度皆經過軟體設置和校準，所有誤差保持在0.5%以內。

Though OVATEK angle sensors are so called “Full magnitude” voltage output, but due to the physical influence of the hysteresis, and electronics performance overhead, a little output offset is existing. However, our algorism distributes the compensation to control the voltage output offset within 5mV, this equals to as small as maximally 0.6°error within 360°rotation.

儘管OVATEK角度傳感器號稱全量程電壓輸出，但由於磁滯現象和電信號轉換的影響，微小的輸出信號偏置還是存在，經過補償後，3.3V時工作電壓的最大偏置量僅為5mV，相當於旋轉360°的最大誤差只有0.6°；5V工作電壓的最大偏置量僅約為3mV，相當於旋轉360°的最大誤差只有0.3°。

各種電氣角度之輸出解析度（12-bit ）：

轉動OVATEK 角度傳感器轉軸時，軸端的磁鋼隨著軸旋轉角度的改變而與霍爾陣列的感應中心產生即時磁場強度變化，MCU 從霍爾陣列取得相應變化的源信號，經過處理及運算後再以12-bit “數位-類比轉換（DAC ）“輸出。 OVATEK 角度傳感器的任意角度可编程技术独步全球，在90-360度范围内皆可编程，并仍保持12位，亦即4096细分，每一细分0.806mV （@Vdd=3.3V ）的输出分辨率。
