Customer-Specific Requirements

for use with ISO/TS 16949:2009

February 2011

1Purpose of the document

The purpose of this document is to describe the requirements to be complied with by the organizations which deliver products (hereinafter referred to as "supplier")to the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group (hereinafter referred to as "PSA").2PSA Customer-Specific Requirements

The supplier certification according to the ISO/TS 16949:2009standard is a prerequisite for any business relationship with PSA.

The Customer-Specific Requirements of PSA are described in a manual called «Suppliers Relation Management ».This manual

-supplements the ISO/TS 16949:2009requirements so as to permit suppliers to adapt themselves to PSA working methods and

-describes the PSA requirements and the operating modes to be applied between PSA and its suppliers throughout the whole PSA/supplier relationships (1).

2/2 3Requirements to be met by a supply purchased by PSA

When a supplier is chosen by PSA,a supply agreement is signed between PSA and the supplier.This document is based on predefined clauses,is contractually binding and officially defines:

-the PSA needs and requirements related to the supply concerned,

-the commitments made by the supplier to meet the PSA needs and requirements.

This agreement specifies the rights and duties of both PSA and supplier.

4Quality follow-up

PSA monitors the performance of its suppliers as required by the paragraph "7.4.3.2Supplier monitoring"of the ISO/TS 16949:2009standard.

The monitoring is made through the following indicators:

-scorecards with a monthly updating (quality in development (0-km quality,ppm,critical incidents),quality in the customer field (ppm,warranty costs),audits results,spare parts),

-quality performance sheets with updating every six months for information of the PSA and suppliers upper management.The monitoring indicators are made available to each supplier through the "supplier's cockpit"in the PSA B2B portal.5Tools

Specific EDI tools are used by PSA and its suppliers to exchange data.These tools are accessed through the PSA B2B portal:

-for the design and development phase:Foqu@lis which supports the Suppliers Quality Assurance methodologies,-for the mass production phase:Amadeus which monitors the quality level at zero km and

-for the customer field:Madig wich assesses the customer field quality and the warranty costs performance.6Surveillance of suppliers and countermeasures in case of problem

PSA sets in place a surveillance system of its suppliers and has defined countermeasures to be activated in case of problem.The surveillance system includes:

-audits conducted all along the purchasing process ("Request For Quotation"phase,Development phase and Mass production),

-an escalation process which includes countermeasures adapted to the performance of the supplier according to a staged process which can lead to sanctions applied against the supplier (including the possibility of sending a complaint to the Certification Body (CB)for starting the decertification process (paragraph 8of the Rules for achieving IATF recognition 3rd Edition for ISO/TS 16949:2002dates 1st of October 2008as modified by the Sanctioned Interpretations (SI)of IATF).

7Certification to ISO/TS 16949:2009

For a PSA supplier,the scope of third party certification to ISO/TS 16949:2009must include the verification that the supplier:

-is aware of the PSA Customer-Specific Requirements,

-knows how to access the PSA B2B portal,

-follows up the quality of its supplies in a way consistent with the PSA indicators.
