To what extent do you agree or disagree with a following opinion that a person who keeps moving or stays forever in one job will never be successful?

A:As you know, some of us begin to prepared for our future job earlier in our postgraduate life. They take part-time job to gain experiences and improve their professional skills. But when it comes to working life, there’s a phenomenon that some people stay forever in one job and some just keep moving.

B:You are right. Our career plays a crucial part in our life. We work for living a better life or being a successful person. But do you think these people you mentioned above could be successful just as they expect?

A:In my opinion, some people tend to stick to their positions all the time, as they think the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one will be at it..

B:Could you show me some examples?

A:Of course. Some have been teachers all their lives. Some devote their whole life to scientific research. Such people love their work and turn out to be specialists in their own field. They are usually high achievers.

B:I agree with you. But Some are different. They change their jobs from time to time, for they always pursue what is new and stimulating. They like meet various challenges, and they never seem content with their present situation. Don’t you think those people live a more appealing and creative life?

A:But some of them just quit the job they have now to avoid difficulties or they still don’t have a clear recognition for what job they like deeply. So seldom of those who hop from job to job can make great achievement.

B:Alright. But I want to have opportunities for advancement and as many colleagues as possible to cooperate and communicate with so as to be more creative and less partial.

A:As far as I am concerned, I want to be professionally strong. I am not in favor of frequent job hopping, as the saying goes "Jack of all trades, master of none".

B:Well. Though we have different opinions on how to keep a job, I do wish you could find a job you are really into.

A: So kind of you and good luck for you too.
