与插件式一样,贴片功率电感器也包括开放式和屏蔽式两种:屏蔽贴片功率电感的封装:功率电感封装以骨架的尺寸做封装表示的依据,如果外形为椭圆型或椭柱型如图表示方法如下:5.8(5.2)×4就表示长径为5.8mm短径为5.2mm高为4mm的电感,插件用圆柱型表示方法如φ6×8就表示直径为6mm高为8mm的电感。
只是它们的骨架一般要通用,除非是定制外形封装。

1 目的为了提高公司物料管理水平,使物料名称、规格型号科学合理,便于研发、采购、生产、物控、市场、财务等各部门对物料的正确识别和使用。
2 适用范围所有需录入公司ERP系统的物料3 职责(1)申请部门:按照本制度物料命名规范对所申请的物料进行命名,按照《物料编码申请单》规范填写申请,提交。
所申请的物料不得与ERP已有物料重复。
(2)采购部:完善《物料编码申请单》采购视图。
(3)计划物控部:完善《物料编码申请单》MRP视图和会计视图。
(4)技术管理部:负责分配物料编码,以及录入系统。
4 定义无5 物料基本分类及基本要求5.1 物料基本分类按物料的属性和用途,公司物料分为:自主研发物料、生产服务物料、外购直出物料、结构相关物料、包装标志物料、办公用品物料及工具类物料,见表1。
5.2 命名基本要求(1)正确性:正确区分物料类别,依据物料类别选择相应规范内容,确定物料名称规格型号,做到名称准确、型号清晰简洁、尽可能体现物料的基本特征;(2)同一性:同一物料类别,应采用相同的物料名称、规格型号定义;(3)唯一性:任何物料,其【名称+规格型号】不能与其他物料重复;(4)统一性:凡客户合同中对物料名称有要求,系统中物料名称须与合同中保持统一。
5.3 基本描述定义要求(1)除电阻、电容、电感,晶振,半导体管外的物料,物料基本描述属于可选项。
(2)物料名称按照6物料基本命名要求,不可修改,特殊要求须填写在基本描述一栏。
6 物料命名要求6.1 电子元器件6.1.1 电阻电阻分为:直插电阻、直插排阻、可调电阻、特殊性能电阻、贴片电阻、贴片排阻等类型。
6.1.1.1 名称定义直插电阻类:碳膜电阻、金属膜电阻、氧化膜电阻、线绕电阻、水泥电阻;直插排阻类:直插排阻;可调电阻类:可调电阻;特殊性能电阻类:光敏电阻、热敏电阻、压敏电阻;贴片电阻类:贴片电阻;贴片排阻类:贴片排阻。
