主要内容
根据零件图样要求,完成零件数控铣加工。零件图样详见附录一。
装配体中需要加工的零件共有三件:基座、滑块、转盘。每个零件都有多个工位需要加工,要求完成这三个零件加工及程序编制等相关内容。基本要求
1、对零件图样进行工艺分析;
2、拟定加工工艺路线、确定工艺方案并填写工艺卡片;
3、确定工艺装备及切削参数;
4、编写零件加工程序;
5、程序验证、试运行及加工。

摘要
数控铣加工在机械加工中占有非常重要的地位。当前数控铣加工中,程序的编制大多采用CAM软件自动编程,但手工编程由于其短小精悍的特点,仍然具有很强的实际应用性。本文以第四届全国数控大赛数控铣试题为例,详细叙述了数控铣加工工艺编制和程序编制的过程,以及变量编程的方法。
