摘要

湿式混凝土喷射机目前的主导机型是转子式混凝土湿喷机,它具有出料均匀、结构紧凑、作业粉尘浓度低、回弹少、喷射混凝土强度高等优点,广泛地应用于矿山锚喷支护、隧道工程、建筑工地等领域。其工作原理是:电动机通过联轴器,驱动减速器,减速器的输出轴既带动转子旋转,又带动料斗上的拨料器旋转,混凝土拌合料经料斗落入旋转的转子料腔内,转子转过

180后,压缩空气与料腔进风口相通,在压气的作用下,物料通过出料弯头和输料管被输送到喷嘴,并在喷嘴处加水喷射出去。

本机型的设计取消了支撑架,轮轴直接固定在减速器上,减轻了重量;转子的料腔采用了新型的呈梯形、圆角、多料腔结构,使得进风连续,喷射脉冲小。

本论文首先概括性地介绍了混凝土喷射机的发展历史、工作原理,并分析了现有机型的优缺点,接着确定本次设计的机型。其次结合任务书的参数设计三级圆柱直齿减速器、输料管、旋转体等一些主要的部件,对部分要求比较高的零件进行强度校核。

ABSTRACT

The leading model of the concrete sprayer is rotor concrete damp sprayer, it has some good characters, such as the uniformity of material coming out, compact structure, lower dust, less reflectance and higher shotcreting strength. it is widely used in mine shotcreting support, tunnel construction and building construction. Its working principle is: the electromotor drives the reducer by the joint slack, the output shaft of the reducer not only drives the rotor, but also drives the implement of dialing material of the hopper. The concrete falls through the hopper into the material cavity of the rotor, when the rotor rotates

The machine is canceled the underprop,wheel and axle are directly fixed on the reducer, so the machine is lightened its weight; the material cavity of the rotor is adopted a new style, such as trapeziform, roundness, multi-material cavities, it makes series of blowing, less spraying pulse.

This paper firstly synoptically introduces the development history of rotor concrete damp sprayer, working principle, and analyzes the advantage and the disadvantage of the present models, then confirms the model of this design. Secondly according to the parameters of assignment prospectus, designs the main parts, such as three-level transmission of spur gears reducer, transportation tube, and rotor, and proofreads the stress of some upper request parts.
