1.4 火灾报警控制器概述OZH4800系列火灾报警控制器是消防报警及联动系统的核心设备,它负责检测各探测器、模块等部件的状态,及时将回路总线上各部件的火警信息以声、光形式反应出来,并按预先编制的联动关系以总线形式联动相应设备,完成报警及联动灭火任务。

奥瑞那公司的OZH4800系列火灾报警控制器具有强大的功能和可靠的长期稳定性,完全符合国家技术标准规定和用户的实际要求。

产品特点及功能z容量:单机最大容量11520地址,可以1~8台控制器联网组成超大系统;每回路总线监控容量 192地址;每块回路扩展卡配置4个回路,共768地址;单机基本配置1块回路扩展卡,可最多扩展到15块回路扩展卡。

z总线:1)探测器、手报:2总线,无极性,允许枝状布线,总线长度可达1500m;2)总线联动、楼层显示器:4总线,除与探测器、手报按钮共享信号2总线 外,另加两根电源线(24V,0V);3) 多线联动:N+1线制z地址:由控制器自动编址,探测器和总线联动模块统一编址;火灾显示盘独立编址,不占用整机容量空间。

OX520消火栓按钮使用说明书V1.01.0 概述1.1 OX520消火栓按钮(以下简称按钮),是人工发送报警信号、启动水泵及显示水泵运行指示的部件。

1.2 该按钮具有控制器自动编址和电子编码器编址两种编址方式、自动检测消火栓按钮两端电压的功能。

与我公司生产的OZH4800型火灾报警控制器配合使用。

自动编址方式参见控制器使用说明书,电子编码器编址方式参见电子编码器使用说明书。

2.0 结构特征及工作原理2.1壳体材料和颜色采用ABS 复合塑胶设计成型,外观红色、安装方便。

2.2工作原理、工作特性该按钮采用MCU 单片机微处器。

SMT 贴片技术和二线制无极性输入方式设计,具有控制器自动编址和电子编码器编址两种编址方式、自动检测按钮两端电压的功能。

2.3 主要部件该消火栓按钮是由按钮开关、电话插孔、线路板,外壳主要部件组成。

4.2 消火栓按钮的布线4.2.1 要求用截面积1mm 2以上的铜质双绞线,每米绞合节数为20~30,导线总电阻低于60Ω,总分布电容低于0.2uF 。

在总线负载较重的情况下,宜根据实际最大负载电流计算导线压降,以保证现场单元得到20V 以上的总线电压。

4.2.2 屋顶的穿线管在装入底座后应使用密封膏或密封胶封堵,防止积水进入消火栓按钮。

4.2.3 接线时导线应使用冷压接线端子或做镀锡处理,不可随意缠绕。

避免线头接触不良。

偶见血清氨基转移酶(ALT,AST)增高。

皮疹。

眩晕、嗜睡、失眠等。

这些不良反应通常是轻微的。

可自动消失。

与剂量无关。

长期治疗未见严重的不良反应。

但在有些病例中可发生胃煔膜细胞增生和萎缩性胃炎。

【禁忌】对本品过敏者和严重肾功能不全者及婴幼儿禁用。

【注意事项】1.治疗胃溃疡时,应首先排除溃疡型胃癌的可能,因用本品治疗可减轻其症状,从而延误治疗。

二、复位:当主机屏幕显示有火警,联动,故障信息且该火警信息,联信息或故障信息已被排除时,按“复位”键可将主机恢复至正常监控状态。

三、隔离/释放设备隔离设备:此操作用于发生误报警的或故障的设备,但又不能及时处理的情况。

释放设备:当被隔离的设备经处理恢复正常即可对其进行释放操作,使其恢复正常工作。

操作方法如下:按“设置”键→输入密码“111”→选择2项“故障部件隔离”即按数字键2→根据提示输入回路号和地址号→按“隔离”键将设备隔离,按“解除”键将被隔离设备释放→按“退出”键四、打印机的控制及换纸开关打印机:按“设置”键→输入密码“111”→选择3项“打印机开关设置”即按数字键“3”→按“开”或“关”键→退出老主机换纸:1 将打印机设置在开启状态2 先按打印机上“SEL”,再按“LF”键,使打印机在进纸状态(打印机有呼呼声响)3 将打印纸的端部剪成20度左右插入打印机的进纸口,让纸慢慢的进入4 待纸从打印口出来后,按“SEL”即完成打印纸的安装新主机换纸:1 将打印右边按钮按下,打印机会自动打开,然后将热敏打印纸(超市收银纸)光滑一面朝上,放入打印机,闭合打印机即可。

c.信号二总线的主干线≥1.5mm2d. 控制器每路总线的往返电阻<20Ω.四、设置(1)系统刷新:首次使用应进行刷新操作,将以前的信息、记录、安装位置、联动编程、综合编程等全部清除;然后再进行登记操作、安装位置编程、联动编程、综合编程、多线联动设置等操作。

操作密码为:11111111。

(2)登记操作:首次加电或总线上部件变更时,需进行登记操作。

登记过程是自动完成的。

登记是按回路号进行的,登记后显示总数信息。

3.4 主菜单 注:输入一级(000000)或二级(111111)密码后,方可进入主菜单;编程、登记需要三级密码(动态);手自动转换密码是 456123。 主菜单主要包括五大功能项:设置、操作、编程、查询、登记。可通过左右光标键进行切换。每一大功能项中又包含具体功能 项。通过上下光标键进行选择,按确认键即可进入相应功能。按复位键即可从下一级返回到上一级菜单。

一、概述OTW6000消防控制室图形显示装置是深圳市奥瑞那光子有限公司开发研制的集火灾监控功能、信息传输功能和消防安全管理功能与一体的新一代产品。

主要应用于CO2、EBM、FM200等气体灭火自动控制系统。

其设计合理,使用安全可靠。

气体灭火控制器具有自动、手动、紧急启动和紧急停止等工作方式,每区有二个火警检测回路,声光报警、延时喷放等控制输出。

在自动方式下,当防护区发生火灾时,报警控制器发出火灾报警信号指示该区火灾,并实现联动---经过30秒(0--60秒可调)疏散延时后,输出喷放控制信号,并接收反馈信号,指示喷放动作状态。

在手动方式下,火灾发生时,报警控制器只发出火灾报警信号不产生联动,由值班人员确认火警后,按下报警控制器上的紧急启动按键或现场的紧急启动按钮的面板玻璃,启动灭火系统。

在任何时候,按下报警控制器上的紧急启动按键或按下现场的紧急启动按钮的面板玻璃,将启动灭火系统。

在紧急启动或复合火灾报警后,喷放控制信号输出之前,按下报警控制器上的紧急停止按钮或按下现场的紧急停止按钮,系统将不会输出喷放信号。

当系统处于紧急停止状态时,可操作紧急启动按钮复位停止状态(由启动状态回到初始状态),复位后可重新启动系统。

气体灭火控制器可以与本公司生产的开关型离子感烟探测器、点型感温探测器、普通手动按钮,紧急启动停止按钮一起使用,组成火灾报警灭火控制系统。

一、概述因供电线路或用电设备绝缘损坏引发的接地电气火灾的例子不胜枚举,为了有效减少电气火灾,OZH6800型电气火灾监控设备是我公司最新研制开发的面向民众和工业双重领域的新一代超早期电气火灾监控产品,具有高智能、小型化、多功能、高可靠性、简单实用等特点,该控制器采用模块化组板技术,优化了人机接口界面,同时具有一定的控制功能,这一切使整个系统易于安装、调试及维护。

OZH6800型电气火灾监控设备可配接我公司的OT6010型电气火灾探测器和其他任意厂家的电气火灾探测器,组成大容量电气火灾探测报警系统,系统报警后可联动气体钢瓶、阀、风机、卷帘、声光等报警和通风设备,可广泛用于工厂、学校、医院、商场、宾馆、剧院、展厅、办公楼等各种场合。

二、控制器构成、工作原理、主要技术指标控制器由主机板、电源及显示板组成,其构成框图如下:通讯线探测器显示板回路板电源线信号线电源线信号线主机板图一、控制器构成框图工作原理:电源电路主要由主供电电路和备电电路组成,主电工作的同时对备电进行充电,当电池充满时,自动转换为浮充状态,抵消电池的自放电,保证电池供电时的容量。

单片机采用78E516,功能强,指令丰富,是广为应用的优秀机种。

人机对话电路主要由按键输入电路,时钟电路,显示驱动电路及数码管显示电路。

2.0结构特征及工作原理2.1总体结构及其工作原理、工作特性a.采用PC+ABS高温复合塑胶设计成型,外观美观、安装方便.b.该报警器原理是通过红外光线传感器来测量烟的浓度的,该迷宫在结构设计时红外光束是偏离传感器的。

当烟雾进入到迷宫内,烟雾粒子会将部分光束散射到传感器上。

若烟雾的浓度逐渐增加,就会有更多的光束被散射到传感器上。

在到达传感器的光束达到一定的程度,立刻通过蜂鸣器输出报警声,使人们及早得知火情。

2.2主要部件或功能单元的结构、作用及其工作原理该报警器是由一对光电传感器,一个蜂鸣器,一个电池装置,一个隔离板和一块线路板五个主要部件部分组成。

a.光电传感器:是由迷宫和红外发射管、红外接收管组成,通过发射红外光线来实现测量烟的浓度的。

b.线路板:是由包含复杂的低功率模拟和数字电路。

此电路用来放大接收来传感器的检测信号。

驱动外部压电式蜂鸣器发声。

c.蜂鸣器:这种高质量的声音能使你在3.0米以大约80分贝输出,使人们及早得知火情。

d.电池:给报警器提供动力。

没有它报警器将不能报警。

e.报警器与底座之间采用三点式扣位,装配方便。
