The Inclining Test to be carried out in accordance with the requirements of

CB/T 3035—96.

倾斜试验根据CB/T 3035—96要求进行。

1.THE PURPOSE

目的

The test is intended to determine the position of the center of gravity and lightweight of ship and the inclining test report to be submitted.

该试验应给出空船状态下的排水量，重心位置，并提交倾斜试验报告。

2.WEATHER AND SURROUNDING CONDITION

气候条件和试验环境

2.1 The test should be carried out in calm water and fine weather with wind not exceeding Beaufort

scale 2.

本试验在平静水域，晴朗天气，风速不超过2个蒲氏风级。

2.2 T he vessel should be carried out in the dock of the yard or alongside of shore. The vessel’s sides and

bottom to be from and above the dock at least 1.0m and 0.8m. The vessel to be head for wind and current and the test to be conducted in slack tide. Arrangement of mooring ropes when inclining test carried out alongside of shore to be shown as Figure 1.

试验在船厂码头或沿海滩的地方进行。船侧和底部距离码头至少1.0米和0.8米。应尽量在平潮时进行，船舶一般应正对风向或流向。当沿海滩进行倾斜试验时，按图1那样放置缆绳。

2.3 It is necessary to ensure the vessel be afloat freely and not touch any other things during the process

of the test. Mooring wires should be slacked. All the shore connections such as gangways, cables and poses to be lifted clear of the ship.

必须保证在试验过程中，船体自由漂浮，不接触任何其它东西。缆绳呈松弛状态。所有通行跳板、电缆、软管等接岸物件应全部拆除。

3.THE PREPARATION AND ORGANIZATION FOR THE TEST

试验准备和安排

3.1 The test should be carried out by Builder, and in the presence of CCS’s surveyor and Owner’s

representative.

本试验应由船厂进行，CCS现场验船师和船东代表出席参加。

3.2 The vessel should be completed all major equipment, fittings and test weight to be placed at each

stipulated position, all tools and remainders to be removed from the ship.

试验时应使船上所有的主要设备、装置和试验载荷位于其正确位置，其它的所有工具和残余物均应从船上移去。

3.3 The foreign and missing weights, vertical and longitudinal positions of centers of gravity to be

edited in a table.

多余重量，重心的横向和纵向位置列表。

The foreign weights include: Liquids in tanks.

Stores, provisions, personnel, etc.

Temporary equipment and weights.

Moving weights.

Any other variable weights.

多余重量包括：液舱内的液体

储藏品，供应品，个人物品等

临时设备和重量

可移动重量

其它可变重量

甲板起重机、救生艇和其它滚动或可移动设备，均应加以固定。

3.5 Bilge and tank top water should be removed.

舱底和液舱内的水都要打空。

3.6 Machinery to be in working condition i.e. water and oil in system but all valves to be closed.

使所有的设备都处于工作状态，比如系统内的水和油。但所有的阀门都要关闭好。

3.7 All water tanks and oil tanks to be emptied, except those which are necessary for adjusting the trim

and to be filled up, for example NO.1 B.S.W. TK (P/ S) and other ballast transfer tanks（measures be taken to eliminate small air pockets）. The weights of the tankers that can’t be emptied must be listed in the foreign weights table with surveyor’s confirmation. The residual water and oil to be cleaned out in all the tanks (include voids) except in water tanks or oil-bunkers.

所有水舱和油舱都应打空，除了试验必须的，例如第一底压载水舱（左和右）和调驳水舱以及其它用于调整纵倾的需要（需采取措施消除空档间的气泡），其它的舱室如确实不能实现打空，在征得现场验船师的认可下，可作为多余重量统计在多余重量表中。水舱及油柜以外的船体空间内（包括空舱），如有积存的水或油应予清除。

3.8 The ship should be as upright as possible; in the initial position, up to 0.5°is acceptable. The

maximum heeling angle of the ship after moving solid ballast should be more than 1.0 degrees, but need not be more than 2.0 degrees. The trim is not more than 1.85 m (1% of the ship length), and each trim angle will be found with Hydrostatic Data or calculated.

船舶开始试验时应尽量呈正浮状态，所允许的原始横倾角应小于0.5度。移动试验压载后，最大横倾角应大于1度，但不能大于2度。纵倾应小于1.85米（船长的1%），纵倾下的横倾将由静水力表查得或经计算而的。

3.9 Ship’s conditions should be checked by Owner’s representative and CCS’s surveyor for their

confirmation before commencement of the test. Survey and measure wind direction, wind speed and surrounding condition to ensure that it is complying with the test and mooring condition.

在开始试验前，船体状况应由船东代表和CCS验船师检查，征得他们的同意。需观察测量风向、风速和周围水面的情况，并确认符合试验环境及系泊状态。

4.INCLINING TEST

倾斜试验

4.1 Draft Measurement

In order to determine the weight of light ship, the draft measurement to be carried out using a sampan, and the measurement point to be taken at both sides of stem, stern and amidships.

Measured drafts at stem and stern should be corrected to drafts at fore and aft perpendicular. The specific gravity of water to be measured.

吃水测量

为了测定空船重量，用小船来测量吃水。测量点分别在船首、船尾和船中各部分的左右舷。

在船首和船尾测得的吃水应修正为在首尾垂线处的吃水。水的密度要测量。

4.2 All personnel taking part in the test should be in place, and their weight and gravity centre should be

recorded clearly. Excess personnel not directly involved in the test should be away from the ship before the test.

参加试验人员应位于规定的位置，记录他们的重量及重心位置，不参加试验的人员均应离船。

4.3 The shifting weight for testing are ballast water in NO.3 .(P&S).

本试验的移动重量为NO.3顶边压载舱内的压载水。

The test steps to be shown in FIGURE 4.

试验步序见图4。

The height of water surface of each changed ballast tank after each step to be received as accurately as possible by measuring the ullage depth by means of manual sounding.

每一步序完成后应准确地测量各变化压载水舱液面的测深高度。
