ABSTRACT
Intelligent building is computer and information processing such as the combination of technology and architecture. Integrated intelligent building consists of three basic elements, namely the office automation system (OAS), construction equipment automation system (BAS) and the communication network system (CNS), also called the three elements 3 a system. Building equipment automation system to assure the safety of electrical and mechanical equipment and management automation, the building parameters such as temperature, oxygen content and illuminance value measurement, and in accordance with the requirements for the user to quickly implement regulation and integrated management, to provide users with ShuYi indoor environment and reliable security.

摘要
智能建筑是计算机和信息处理等高技术与建筑的有机结合。 综合型智能建筑由三大 基本要素构成,即办公自动化系统( OAS),建筑设备自动化系统( BAS)和通讯网络系 统(CNS),这三大要素也称之为 3A 系统。建筑设备自动化系统保证机电设备和安全管 理的自动化,对楼宇温度、含氧量与照明度等参数值测量,并按照使用者要求快速实施 调节和综合管理,为用户提供舒宜人的室内环境和可靠的安全保障。
Water supply and drainage system is a part of the construction equipment automation management system, for the safe and reliable operation, and achieve optimal operation control pump. Monitoring of the system is through the DDC on all kinds of water level in the system, water pump working status real-time monitoring, and the pressure on the website is in accordance with the requirements for a certain control pump operation mode, the Numbers and thepressure on the website is in accordance with the requirements for a certain control pump operation mode, the Numbers and the corresponding valve action, in order to achieve the balance of water supply and demand, sewage discharge in time, realize the optimization control of water pump efficiency, low consumption, achieve the goal of economic operation. And equipment for centralized management of water supply and drainage system, guarantee the system reliable operation.
给排水系统属建筑设备管理自动化系统的一部分,要求其运行安全可靠,实现水泵 最佳运行控制。该系统的监控是通过 DDC 对系统中的各种水位、水泵工作状态和官网 压力进行实时监测,按照一定要求控制是水泵的运行方式、台数和相应阀门的动作,以 达到需求量和供水量之间的平衡、 污水的及时排放, 实现水泵高效、 低耗的最优化控制, 达到经济运行的目的。并对给排水系统的设备进行集中管理,保证系统可靠运行。
