Ta er lamasery
There is one of the places where Tibetan buddhism(藏传佛教) originated. Every year you could watch wonderful Butter Sculpture show ,which attracts many tourists.
yogurt
Maybe you have heard “ Qinghai yogurt .It’s now famous in china ,For my hometown is near Tibet ,there are also many plains for raising cows to product milk .so yogurt is fecundity.
Niangpi
It is similar to “liangpi” here, but I think it tastes more delicious .it combined with garlic, peppery, vinegar, etc .
lamb
We usually cook lamb in boiled water with just a few ingredients like salt and monosodium glutamate , When you eat them with its soup and garlic, you will feel you are in paradise .
