MBF 系列多孔平衡流量计除具有标准节流装置简单、可靠、安全、适用面广等优点之外,还具有精度高、直管段要求低、量程比宽、永久压损小等优点;同时还克服了标准节流装置的杂物滞留、堵塞和边缘易磨损、维护和检定成本高等缺点,具有广阔的发展前景。

二、测量原理 MBF 系列多孔平衡流量计遵循流体力学定律和伯努利方程,流量计流出系数、传感器多孔孔径位置、形状设计和开孔数量通过独特的研发数据演算,并对各种工况进行优化,使测量精度、重复性、量程比、永久压损等综合指标达到最佳,成为目前最先进的差压式流量计。

多孔整流器 标准孔板 多孔平衡节流件MBF 系列多孔平衡流量计结合了多孔整流器和标准孔板的测量原理,在节流板中心一个圆孔的基础上,对称分布数量不等的圆孔。

当介质流过圆孔时,流体被平衡调整,涡流被最小化,形成近似理想流体,通过取压装置和变送器,可获得稳定的差压信号,根据伯努利方程计算出流体的流量。

试验目的 : 确认二极管产品在持续高温直流反向偏压条件下是否满足规格要求。

试验条件 : 135±5℃/168+16/-10h,V=0.8Vrmax=800V。

测试仪器 : DTS1000测试机。

失效判据 : 1) V BR<1000V 、 I R >5uA、 V F>1.1V;2) 外观不良。

试验方法 : 1) 试验前在常温下对二极管做电性测试与外观检查;2) 将样本放入135±5℃的烤箱里,并在产品两端施加 0.8Vrmax ,持续时间为:168+16/-10h;3) 在常温下至少放置二小时后作外观检查与电性测试。

备注:实验前电参数按照产品规格要求,并所有测试项没有特别说明都为常温下测试。

共模滤波器超高速差动信号线用(HDMI 、DVI 、DisplayPort 、USB3.0、LAN 等)ACM-H 系列ACM2012H-T05型特点DVI及HDMI TM等超Gbps 的高速差动信号接口为目的进行开发的宽频带共模滤波器Ω品的差分模式的截止频率方面是6.0GHz ,因此不会对告诉差动信号造成不良影响。

100Ω匹配,控制了不必要的反射成分。

Ω滤波器是为LAN 接口开发的通用模式滤波器。

LAN 传输信号产生不利影响。

: –40 to +85°C用途HDMI TM 的EMI 应对措施:数字TV 、 DVD 刻录机、液晶投影机等信号发送侧 (Source )适用ACM2012H 、信号接收侧(Sink )适用ACM2012E(-T01系列) 。
