一、 RosettaNet 联盟简介
全球电子商务联盟组织RosettaNet是一个致力于开发和实现全行业开放式电子商务流程标准的国际性高科技企业的标准化组织。
1998年3月, 由40个领先的IT企业发起创立了RosettaNet联盟, 它是一个自筹资金、非盈利性、全球性组织。
当前, 全球已有超过500家领先的电子元器件, 信息技术、半导体制造、以及解决方案提供商加入到这个联盟中。
RosettaNet的合作伙伴为整个项目提供流程方法中的专业
知识、项目管理知识、服务支持、技术及最佳实践经验; 并为其实施提供解决方案及财力支持。
为了提高自身及整个行业的管理水平, 她们还在各自的企业内率先应用RosettaNet标准。

二、 RosettaNet 联盟章程
1、目标
RosettaNet联盟将充分利用遍布全球、影响日益深远的互联网络, 并经过定义和倡导实施共同的、开放的流程标准, 在电子零部件、信息技术和半导体制造供应链之间乃至未来在物流、电信等产业建立一种通用的电子商务交互语言。
一旦被RosettaNet联盟批准成为成员伙伴, 申请者应同意促进并加速RosettaNet标准目标的实现。
2、组织和规章
1998年3月31日, RosettaNet作为一个非盈利的、互利的公司在美国加利福尼亚州成立, 并依据加利福尼亚州的可适用法律享有免税的权利。
除了像RosettaNet 电子零部件、信息技术和半导体制造管理委员会成员这些正式会员外, 该组织还包括供应链公司、方案提供商、标准组织、贸易协会和政府机构等成员伙伴。
RosettaNet成员伙伴应当积极建立、促进

和实施RosettaNet的电子商务流程标准。
RosettaNet的规章适用于所有的成员伙伴。
申请者一旦完成本申请, 就应承诺遵循RosettaNet的所有规章制度以及经RosettaNet成员伙伴同意, 由管理委员会对规章所做出的修改。
3、商标权
RosettaNet、贸易伙伴接口流程( PIPs) 和RosettaNet标志都
是”RosettaNet”组织的注册商标。
依据RosettaNet的实施指南和复制标准, RosettaNet标志能够被成员伙伴复制使用。
这里提及的所有其它产品名称和公司标志都是各所有者的商标。
4、 RosettaNet知识产权政策
一旦被批准成为会员, 申请者应遵从由管理委员制定的RosettaNet知识产权政策, RosettaNet的电子商务接口标准的拷贝版权对所有RosettaNet成
员伙伴都是开放的。
5、长远发展
RosettaNet将持续推进电子商务接口标准在全球范围内的发展, 并由RosettaNet管理委员会适时对其进行改进。

请公司的标志以支持RosettaNet的市场推广计划。
7、代表
申请者应当指定一个专门的成员伙伴代表, 以便与RosettaNet组织进行联系和沟通。
三、 RosettaNet 中国联盟介绍
为加快中国电子商务与现代物流、高科技供应链等领域国际先进标准的引进、消化和吸收, 推动中国高新技术产业供应链标准的发展, 7月1日, 中华人民共和国科技部于与RosettaNet全球联盟签署了战略合作协议备忘录, 根据备忘录的精神, 9月18日在美国加州硅谷由全球电子商务联盟组织RosettaNet与”中国标准化协会电子商务与现代物流标准分会”正式签署了联属关系协议, RosettaNet中国联盟由此诞生。
10月28日, RosettaNet中国联盟揭牌仪式在北京、中华人民共和国科技部正式举行, RosettaNet全球联盟高层管理人员、部分国际知名企业总裁和中国科技部高层领导出席了揭牌仪式。
10月30日, RosettaNet中国联盟与”中国标准化协会电子商务与现代物流标准分会”在上海联合主办了”高科技电子商务标准暨RosettaNet中国论坛”, 论坛取得了圆满成功。
RosettaNet中国联盟是RosettaNet国际组织在中国设立的唯一联属机构, 将代表RosettaNet在中国实施、推广其技术标准。
RosettaNet中国联盟将还结合科技部的”十五”科技攻关项目, 在国内

的高科技行业中实施和推广RosettaNet技术标准。
四、会员分类
RosettaNet中国联盟的会员主要分为三类:
1、管理委员会会员
RosettaNet中国联盟的核心成员伙伴, 对RosettaNet中国联盟的运作和和发展具有投票权和管理权, 能够是业界知名的供应商、制造商、零售商, 也能够是优秀的系统集成或方案提供商。
2、普通会员
RosettaNet中国联盟的重要支持伙伴, 包括所有优秀的、具有电子商务运营能力基础的高新技术企业。
3、免费会员
主要包括一些非赢利组织机构、政府机构、研究机构和教育机构等;
五、入会流程
1、申请单位从RosettaNet中国联盟网站上下载并完整填写”RosettaNet中
国联盟成员伙伴申请表”, 并提供”申请单位概况”材料一份。
上述材料均需申请单位签名盖章并邮寄至RosettaNet中国联盟常设机构处。
2、收到申请单位的申请材料后, RosettaNet中国联盟将在二周内对申请单
位进行资格审查, 并以书面或邮件方式通知申请单位是否接受其申请。
3、申请单位按规定缴纳相应的成员费用( 年费) 。

4、RosettaNet中国联盟将通知申请单位正式成为RosettaNet中国联盟成员
伙伴。
5、申请单位正式成为RosettaNet中国联盟成员伙伴。
六、会员费用与支付方式
1、管理委员会会员
USD1000元/年或RMB8300元 / 年

USD375元/年或RMB3000元 / 年

4、会费支付方式
管理委员会会员和普通会员应在每年3月5日之前按规定交纳该年度会费。
或根据自然年交纳会费。
