Dear Eric,

Thanks for your leter. My famliy is very busy at the moment because the Christmas holiday is coming. We are going to finish school on December 23rd and have a two-week holiday. On Christmas Eve, the 24th, I must wrap up(把……包起来) my presents. On Christmas Day, my famliy is going to have a big dinner. On the following day, Boxing Day (节礼日，圣诞节后第一个周日), we are going to visit my grandparents.

Five days later, we’ll have a part for New Years’Eve. Everyone must wear fancy dress and there’ll be lots to eat and drink. We will not go to bed until after midnight. On New Year’s Day , I’ll go to the theatre with my classrooms to watch a play.
