传感器故障诊断流程
欧2电子机油压力传感器故障及排除
(特别提醒:直感表测 的压力为峰值,压力 传感器测得的是平均 值,所以直感表比仪 表显示高0.5—1kg左 右,不是传感器故障)
注:1kg即为100KPa

仪表指针指示某一处不变
检查压力报警传感器进油口是否堵塞:
拆下传感器,检查进油孔内是否有杂物或脏物,清除油腔内油污及进 油孔内杂物,,重新安装传感器,查验仪表指针是否正常
报警灯常亮
检查压力报警传感器传感端和报警端输出:
拆下整车连接传感器的传感和报警导线(注意:不能拆下传感 器),观察仪表指示升天(如图)和报警灯灭;如果是,则整车线 路正常,若故障未排除(如图),则应检查整车线束是否有短接、 破损等现象。
传感器不报警仪表不工作
钥匙处在ON位置,发动机未起动前,机油报警灯不亮:
压是否为5V;--5V电压不正常或没有,表示ECU有问题或传感器线束有故障引起传感器
接传感端线束端子接地,观察仪表指针是否为“0”,若仪表指针不为“0”,
则线束断路。
无工作电压;

温度传感器故障及排除
通电后指针指示到顶或者过高
先检查水循环系统是否工作正常;连接件是否氧化导 致水温过高,如不是,则进一步检查传感器: 1、如果指针立即回到零位(图三),则问题发生在 传感器内部损坏,更换传感器; 2、将传感器拆下,检测传感器信号端与壳体之间的 电阻(图四),若电阻在(300-2000)Ω之间,则传 感器合格。若电阻无穷大(图五),则更换传感器。

气门杆密封套件号:612600040114(配11mm粗气门);61500040039(配12mm粗气门)。
二、关于水温表传感器、压力传感器1、水温表传感器件号:常用的是614090067(大);不常用的是61200090006(小),全是进口件(3001)标示VDO。
2、压力传感器件号:61500090051,全是进口件(3001)标示VDO。
三、飞轮齿圈(配10齿启动机)612600020208,现在多用这个件号。
(配11齿启动机)81400020015,这个件号已逐渐淘汰。
生产厂家有:青岛青齿齿轮有限公司(1552);青岛建新齿圈有限公司(2716)2005年7月停供;青岛康迪机械设备有限公司(2681)。

6.3.4 排气门制动控制 如图 6.3.4.1 所示,点击“排气门制动控制”,标 定排气门制动控制的作用是:当发动机在运转时, 由 ECU 来控制排气量的大小,例如:发动机高负荷 运行,ECU 控制排气门制动控制全部打开,发动机 怠速及低负荷的运行,ECU 根据适当的进行来调整 排气量的大小。如不能进入系统,表明此车没有此 功能。

潍柴国三柴油机是在严格的质量保证体系下设计和 生产制造的,每一台出厂的柴油机都经过规定的测试。 同时柴油机又是一种精密机械,其功效要得到长久保 证,与正常的维护保养密不可分。引起柴油机早期失 效,一般有以下几个原因: 1.违章操作,管理和使用不善制造不良,特别是贪图便宜购买到假冒伪劣产 品,将大大缩短柴油机的寿命; 4.燃油和润滑油牌号选用不当或不合格 .
