COMPUTEST SC 便携洛式硬度计使用说明书COMPUTEST SC 采用洛式原理,预载荷(载荷自动清零)和工作载荷加载完成后,可直接在液晶屏幕上读取硬度值。

COMPUTEST SC 使用于各种材料,无须更换压头。

实验操作简单,实验前只需设定好标尺和工作载荷。

COMPUTEST SC 具有以下功能:自动修正硬度曲线设定公差范围连续存储100个试验结果直接得到一系列试验结果的平均值使用5种语言打印试验结果布式、洛式、维式直接数显读数COMPUTEST SC使用范围:适用于板材、棒材等各种类型和材质的工件。

硬度计内部带有微处理器,通过功能键能实现各种设定和操作。

工作时,硬度计可接外部电源,也可用充电电池。

COMPUTEST SC试验操作方法:将测量部分与电子部分连接,接口为MEASURING HEAD;选择最合适的砧板安装与测量头上;左手稳固测量头与试样待测表面;右手用力将测量头压下,力量要稳定,直到液晶屏幕上倒记时结束;从液晶屏幕上读取试验结果。

硬度计的正确使用 1.被测试件的表面应平整光洁,不得有污物、氧化皮、凹坑及显著的加工痕迹,试 样的支承面和试台应清洁,保证良好密合。 2.试件的最小厚度应大于压痕深度的 10 倍(图 2)。测试后,试件背面不得有可见的 变形痕迹 3. 硬度块的使用只能在工作面进行,两相邻压痕至少应为压痕直径的 4 倍,并且 不应小于 2mm.任一压痕中心至试样边缘距离至少应为压痕直径的 2.5 倍,并且不 小于 1mm 3.被测试件应稳定地放在试台上,加试验力过程中不得移动试件,并保证试验力能 垂直施加于试件上。 4.根据试件的形状,尺寸大小来选择合适的试台,试件如异形,则可根据具体的几 何形状自行制造专用夹具,使硬度测试示值正确。 5 被测试件为圆柱形时,必须使用“V” 型试台,其测试结果要进行修正,修正 值均为正值。

3. 實驗步驟:[一]手動式洛氏硬度試驗機(本實驗使用) :(1)將手搖柄推至”前方”的位置。

(2)依材料狀況選擇適當的試驗尺度,本實驗為B尺度:將100KGF的荷重掛於負荷槓桿後方之鉤中,並將鋼球壓痕器裝上。

(3)將試片放置於砧座上。

(4)旋轉螺旋昇降手輪,使試片緩緩上升,當試驗面接觸壓痕器後,更進一步轉動昇降手輪,直至大指針轉約三圈,小指針指到小紅點為止。

須注意大指針位置必須停於離垂直位置左右五刻度以內(大指針越垂直越好)。

(5)歸零:轉動刻度盤的可動外殼使刻度盤內標有”SET”的位置對正於大指針。

(6)推動手搖柄向後,使其能自動平穩的加大荷重。

(7)試驗荷重的保持時間為將大荷重負荷完了後約五秒,長針處於靜止狀態,就轉回手搖柄以昇起負荷槓桿,此時讀取刻度盤的硬度數值。

(8)硬度值應在不同位置量測至少五次,求其平均硬度值。

一、適用範圍3114/3115/3116/3117型號硬度計是按DIN53505、ISO/R868、ASTMD2240和NFT51-109來設計的,它們能迅速檢測出彈性體與塑料產品上的硬度。

Shore A 硬度計的測量範圍為10~90 Shore A,Shore D可測量範圍為30~90 Shore D。

測試數據取決於被測試物的試樣形狀的準確度。

二、試樣準備(例DIN 53505)測試應在標準的、未經機械重壓過的試樣上進行,標準試樣的直徑應≥35mm,且最小厚度為6mm。

薄一點的材料可以將它們一層層疊放,每一層必須至少2mm。

應避免在有氣泡的及凹陷的位置上測試。

測試的表面應平坦、光滑,如果是作為Shore A測試,則必須輕輕地灑上一點滑石粉。

在與標準塊尺寸不一樣的或曲形的成品上或組件上也可以進行硬度測試,但這個數據只能用作同批產品的比較,而不能代表材料的成份。

三、取值(例DIN 53505)測試取值應在23°C±2°C溫度、且硫化後16小時之內進行,其它的測試溫度可以根據實際決定。

測量應該在試樣上至少三個位置上進行,每一個壓痕必須≥5mm,且在離試樣邊緣≥13mm處測量。

當執行測試時,硬度計的壓頭必須與試樣的表面垂直,且硬度計的接觸面在與試樣材料接觸時不能有振動。

作為Shore A硬度測試的試驗負載力為12.5N,而Shore D則為50N。

當硬度計測試表面已與試樣接觸後,3秒鐘之內要讀數取值。

當試樣的材料是帶高產率性質時,其讀數取值可以在15秒之後。

在試樣與硬度計接觸面之間,任何在平面的平行度之偏差以及壓痕力的不同,都將一定導致測量不準確及讀數變化。

為避免主觀上的測量錯誤,應使用合適形狀及尺寸的試樣,並且使用聲明:本說明書由中山威卡腳輪有限公司編譯,供內部使用。

Zwick 3115、3117硬度計帶有拖曳指示器,適用於對那些測試表面不那麼容易接近且讀數取值困難的產品進行測量。

图 4.3 本试验机共有 4 个砝码,均在其上打有识别标记,对应图 4.1 中 1、2、3、4 位置。安 装时打开试验机左、右侧门,拆下挡板,然后开始安装砝码。顺序为:首先装砝码 1, 悬挂在下杠杆相应挂槽内;然后依次安装砝码 4、3、2,均悬挂在上杠杆上。其中 1、 2 悬挂方式见图 4.4.a,3、4 悬挂方式见图 4.4.b,注意必须保证刀口正确安装在 V 型槽内。挂好砝码后,重新装好拆下的挡板。 重新正确连接第 4.3 步骤中拔下的电缆,盖好上盖,装好拆下的螺钉。 按照当地供电状况,选择 220V 或 110V 供电,接好电源线。本试验机出厂状态为 220V 供电方式。

搬运注意事项
不要试图一个人搬运硬度计,由于设备较重,操作不当会造成硬度计损坏及 人身伤害。因此需要两个或两个以上有操作经验的人,才能移动本机。 硬度计搬运时,压头与丝杠之间的轴线与竖直方向的倾斜度不得超过 15º。 硬度计搬运时,搬运者与硬度计的接触位置仅限机身的 C 面、D 面、E 面及 F 面,其余各面及硬度计其它零部件请勿接触,以免影响本机精度(见图 4) 。 硬度计搬运时,应轻起轻放,避免引起磕碰冲击。
运输过程中,丝杠与丝杠座(在手轮下方,与丝杠外圆配合)粘结在一起。 排除方法如下:逆时针转动手轮上升 20 毫米左右,用力下压手轮,使丝杠 与丝杠座脱离即可。
图 11 拆除压头垫块 9. 卸下丝杠外面的保护套, 用煤油将丝杠、手轮等处的防锈油洗净,丝杠与手 轮接触部位滴入适量润滑油,重新将丝杠保护套装好。 10. 检查大杠杆(9)上的调整块的位置,应处于两个红色标记之间,否则应将其 调整到正确位置(见图 12)。

机构部件简述
本硬度计由机身(1)、压头(21)、加卸荷机构(2,20)、测量机构(23)、变荷 机构(14)、试件支持机构(5)、缓冲机构(19)等组成。 (见图 5) 作用在主轴上的试验力由砝码和杠杆放大组合而成,即通过大杠杆将负荷放 大后,在缓冲器的制导下压入试样表面。 压头压入试样的同时,主轴产生的垂直方 向位移通过测量杠杆传递到读数装置(指示表)上,并指出试样的硬度值。 机身(1)是硬度计的外壳,其它零部件直接或间接安装在机身上。除工作台 (25)、丝杠(5)、操纵手柄(3)露出外,其它机构均装置在机身壳体内,便于保 持清洁。 总试验力是主试验力加上初试验力组成。初试验力由大杠杆(9)、主轴(7)等 零部件的自身重量产生;砝码(15)通过吊环(12)挂在大杠杆上,由杠杆原理 使硬度计获得主试验力。 压头(21)上端面承载总试验力,其尖端压入待测物件表面。 变荷手柄(24)转动至不同的位置时, 可同时调整砝码变换架(14)位置,使砝 码形成不同的组合方式,获得到所需要的 588 牛顿/60 公斤力、980 牛顿/100 公斤 力、1470 牛顿/150 公斤力三种不同的总试验力。 加荷手柄(2)的作用是加载主试验力。 卸荷手柄(20)按标牌指示方向推回时,可卸除主试验力。 调整缓冲器(19)的油针(16)可使主试验力的施加保持一定的速度,避免冲 击。 试验数值可从测量机构的指示表(23)直接读取。 试件支持机构用来承载硬度块或待测的零件,包括工作台(25)、丝杠(5),手 轮(4)等零件。

1. A brief introduction to 150A Rockwell hardness tester1.1 Rockwell hardness tester is a universalized apparatus for Rockwell hardness determination. It can be used in the test of Rockwell hardness of various materials. The applying speed of test pressure can be adjusted by a buffering device and the change of pressure is obtained by turning of a pressure selecting handwheel. Operation of the tester is quite easy, while the performance is stable, and thus the tester can be used in a wide range.1.2 Working principle of the Rockwell hardness testerThe test procedure employs a conical diameter indenter or ball indenter of a certain diameter to press into specimen, an initial test pressure p o and a main test pressure P1 will be applied on the indenter in sequence , and the total pressure (P0+P1 )will be kept for a certain period, then the main pressure is to be removed, only the initial pressure will be left. A difference between the indent depth h1 by this time and the indent depth h0under the action of initial pressure is recorded as a permanent increment of indent depth. Every 0.002mm of this increment represents a unit of Rockwell hardness. This is a quick test and only trivial indent will be caused. So it is widely used to determine the hardness of specimen.1.3 Calculation Formula of Rockwell Hardness.HRA(C) =100-e/0.002HRB=130-e/0.0022. Installation of the tester3.1 Working conditions of the tester3.1.1 Under ambient temperature. i.e. between 10-30 o C3.1.2 The relative humidity in test room shall not be over 65%3.1.3 In an environment free from vibration3.1.4 No corrosive medium in surrounding3.2 Tester unpacking3.2.1 Remove nails, open the packing box cover and take out all cushion materials. 3.2.2 Remove the accessory box3.2.3 Loosen the four nuts on the bottom of the packing box. Then lift the box upward and remove it3.2.4 Lift the bottom plate, unscrew the two M10 bolts under the bottom plate with a spanner, to separate the hardness tester from bottom plate, all steps shall be done ina safe manner.3.2.5 After unpacking the tester shall be placed on a stable bench with levelness deviation less than 1 mm/m. A hole shall be drilled at an appropriate location on the bench to enable the lifting screw to operate properly.3.3 After the hardness tester is properly placed, remove the top cover. Unite the fastening white gauze tape on the extension rod, and then promptly place the top cover to prevent dust from coming into the tester. Open the rear cover and remove the white gauze tape on moveable parts. Wipe off the anti-rust oil on the lifting screw and apply some thin lubricating oil instead.4.1 Preparations prior to the use4.1.1 Surface of the specimen to be tested must be smooth and clean, free from dirt, scaling indentation or significant marks resulted from machining.4.1.2 Min. thickness of the specimen shall be 10 times larger than the depth of indenture. No obvious deformation shall be seen on back of the specimen afterhardness test. The relationship between min. thickness of the specimen and its hardness are shown in the following table.4.1.3 The specimen to be tested shall be placed in stable state on top of the test stock. It shall be fixed during the test process. Ensure that the test pressure is perpendicularly exerted on the specimen。

4.1.4 In case of a cylindrical shape specimen to be tested, the V type test stock shall be used and offset needs to be made to the values. Offset for cylindrical shape specimen shall be a position value.4.1.5 Offsets for Rockwell hardness test when diameter of the specimen is less than 38 mm.4.2 Hardness tester operation procedure4.2.1 Choose a scale according to table 2 based on the rough hardness of the material to be tested. Turn the pressure selecting handwheel clockwise to set the total pressure.4.2.2 When use the diamond indenter, press the head of diamond with middle finger and gently push it into the hole on indenter rod till it rests neatly on the supporting surface, then slightly tighten the indenter locking screw and place the specimen on test stock.4.2.3 Rotate the turn wheel clockwise to let the lifting screw move upward, ensuring that the specimen to be tested slowly contact with the indenter with no impact till the short pointer on the centigrade panel turn from black point to be red one. And by this time the long pointer shall have passed three turns and point to position "C"(or position "B" in case of HRB determination),this indicates that the initial test pressure of 98.07N is achieved. The deviation of long pointer shall not exceed 5 grades. Otherwise the pointer shall not be allowed to turn back; instead the test spot shall be changed to restart the operation.4.2.4 Rotate the graduation dial to set the pointer on position "C".4.2.5 Push the pressure applying handle slowly backward and ensure that the main pressure shall be wholly exerted in 4-6 seconds. The total pressure holding time period is 5 seconds, after then pull the pressure applying handle steadily forward in 2-3 seconds to remove the main pressure and only the initial pressure is left.4.2.6 The value pointed by the long pointer on centigrade panel at this time shall be taken as the determined hardness value of the specimen (in case of HRB determination, value shall be read from the inner circle)4.2.7 Rotate the lifting wheel counter-clockwise to lower the test stock. Repeat above procedure at various spots4.2.8 No less than 5 spots shall be tested for each specimen (first spot will not be accounted). Number of test spots may be reasonably reduced in case of lot inspection.4.2.9 In execution of the hardness tester operation procedure, figure6 can be taken as reference.4.3 Adjustment of the hardness value displayThe accuracy of the tester is calibrated at factory. If any error is caused by importer handling during transportation, operation can make adequate adjustment but in prior to do that he shall thoroughly understand the structure and working principle of the tester apparatus. The procedure is as following, Remove the top cover. If displayed value is lower than the actual hardness of standard block, loosen M4 nuts and slightly turn in screw clockwise, then tighten the nut and make the test again until the displayed value falls in the specified tolerance. If displayed value is high, turn the screw counter clockwise.5. Scale, Indenter, Testing Pressure and Applicable Range for Rockwell。
