Chapter 1
旁白：Snap was a small black and brown dog. He was the boss dog of Blossom Street.One Saturday morning he walked up and down Blossom Street as usual.(Snap 做巡逻状。

)
（一旁，Kelly 上场，两手报膝）
Snap 逗Kelly, Kelly 哈哈大笑，用小手抚摩Snap的鼻子。

（Ada and Harry 准备，Harry拆床，）
Snap: Why Ada and Harry at home today?What they will do with so many boxes?
Ada看见了Snap,走过去：Hello, Snap!(Snap sniffed the boxes) You had better have your Doggy Chunks be fore the van comes.
What van? Snap thought.
两个司机敲门，Snap found out something: I can`t move away. Who`s going to look after blossom street? Who will play with the children and keep the other dogs off the street? Who will make sure the cats stay on the back yard walls.
Harry: Come on, Snap!(Pick him up and put him up in front of the van)Say goodbye to blossom street!
其他人都围在面包车周围。

Kelly`s mother give up him a bit of the cake.
The van go.
Snap look out of the window and thought: If I move away, how can I do my job? I am the boss dog of Blossom Street, but I can`t stay behind. I can`t leave Ada and Harry. Dogs stay with their owners. Not like some cats I know. They`ll go anywhere for a warm fire.
Chapter 2
旁白：The van had to go slowly all the way to the new house. There was a big orange bus in front of it. Snap watched the bus and it gave him an idea. By the time he got to the new house he had a plan.
Ada: Here we are!
旁白: Snap felt a bit happier when he jumped out of the van. He went to sniff every corner of his new home.
(所有人都下车。

)
Ada and Harry was busy unpacking things.
旁白: The new house had a garden at the back instead of a yard.
Ada: The dogs round here stay in their own gardens,(抱着一盆衣服说)There`s no strutting about being the boss dog.I`ll take you for a walk later.
(Ada 走到一边，Snap在院子里东走走，西转转)
旁白:Snap went to see what was at the end of the garden and he heard a yapping sound. Something was trying to get through the fence.(Foofoo 出场) It was a little Yorike dog with a red ribbon tied in a bow on top of its head.
Foofoo 轻叫两声，跑向主人。

Snap 瞪大了眼睛：Ugh! What a wimp! That`s not a real dog! They wouldn`t have a dog like that on Blossom Street.
旁白：He didn`t even bother to bark at the little dog. Then, he heard.
Foofoo, Foofoo pie! Come to Mummy. Called Foofoo`s owner.
Yuk! Thought Snap,Let me get back to Blossom Street.
Monday morning
Ada: Snap,I`ve left a key next door. Foofoo`s owner will let you out in the garden,and we`ll be home at five o`clock.
Harry: Will you stop talkind to that dog as if he understands?
Ada: What do you mean? Of course he understands,don`t you, Snap?
Harry shake his head.
Ok! I`ll go to work , byebye Snap! Said Ada.
旁白：Later, Foofoo`s owner unlocked the door into the garden.
(Foofoo`s owner 上场，牵着Foofoo ,用钥匙打开门)
Good! Thought Snap.(Ran into the garden and started to dig a hole.)
Bad doggie! Called Foofoo`s owner. Don`t teach my little Foofoo bad tricks.
旁白：Snap tried to talk to the dog on the other side. He was a large bulldog with droopy eyes. Snap: This looks better.
Bulldog上场。

Snap 跑向它，绕着它走一圈，叫几声，但Bulldog 一点儿反应都没有.
I can`t stand this much longer,Thought Snap. I must try to get back to Blossom Street.
旁白：That night he fell asleep thinking of his plan for keeping his eye on Blossom Street.
The next morning
Harry: Snap,we`ll go to work.
Ada: Byebye, Snap!
旁白：As soon as Harry and Ada had driven off in their car the next day, Snap started to work on his plan. Opening doors was easy for a clever dog like Snap. He set off down the path and out of the front gate. He stopped at the bus stop and stood near a man and a woman. When the big orange bus came he jumped on behind them so that the bus driver didn`t notice him.
Snap 走上车。

旁白：Soon they came to Blossom Street and Snap got off behind a man with a shopping bag. The driver just saw his tail disappearing.
Snap 下车。

Bus Driver: Whose dog is that? Has anybody paid for him?
Chapter 3
Snap 在Blossom Street 上游走，并sniffed at all the doorsteps and the lampposts.
Kelly 上场。

Snap put his head into Kelly`s pram.
Kelly laughed so much: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Kelly`s mother go here and looked to see what had happening: Snap!(surprise) What are you
doing here?
Snap wagged his tail and looked hungry.
Kelly`s mum said: Come inside. There`s some meat left from yesterday. You can eat that.
Snap跟着Kelly`s mum 进了屋。

Children came home from school, they yell: Snap! Snap！We thought you`d gone for ever.
(孩子们轻拍、拥抱他)
旁白：He played with them until they were called for tea.
It`s five o`clock. Said Kelly`s mum. I`d better take Snap back to his new house. Snap! Snap!
旁白：Children looked up and down Blossom Street. In the end, Kelly`s mum set off to Snap`s new house.
Kelly`s mum went to Snap`s new house. She knocked the doorbell. Then Ada come.
Ada(Happy): Hello, Irene. It`s nice of you to visit us.
I`ve come about Snap.(find Snap,then surprised)Oh, he`s here. Said Kelly`s mum.
Ada: Of course he`s here. He was fast asleep in the kitchen when we came home. I think he likes his new home.
Kelly`s mum(puzzled): Then why was he in Blossom Street all day? I came to tell you.
Harry(十分肯定地)：Blossom Street? How could he be? It must be a dog that looks like him.
Oh no! It was Snap all right. Ask the children. Said Kelly`s mother.
Ada把他们两个拉到一边：Just come in the other room a minute, Snap understands every word, you know.
Rubbish! Said Harry.
Then, Ada 轻轻地对他们两个说：I`ve got a day off tomorrow. I`ll pretend to go to work as usual, but I`ll hide and see what he does.
The next day, Ada悄悄地跟在Snap的身后。

旁白：Next day Ada watched Snap get on the big orange bus.
Ada: Haha, what a clever dog! He does understand.
旁白：She went to Blossom Street and watched Snap from Kelly`s mum`s front room. At half past four, Snap trotted off to the bus stop and caught the bus hone.
Bus Driver: It is you again, is it?
旁白：When Ada and Harry got home Snap was curled up,fast asleep.
Ada走过去：(Smile)No wonder you feel tired,it is hard work looking after Blossom Street all day. Snap pricked up his ears and opened one eye.
We know all about it, Snap. Said Ada.
The reporter knocked the door. Harry go.
Reporter: Hello! I am a reporter from The Daily Snoop.
Harry: oh!
Reporter: I want some photos of Snap. The bus driver told me about your clever dog.
Harry: That is interesting! Ok.(转向Ada) It is a reporter from The Daily Snoop. The bus driver told him about a clever dog who rides on the bus by himself. More like a naughty dog, I think. Snap摆出了好几个Pose.
第二天，卖报人正在卖报纸：Today`s newspaper! Newspaper! Get your newspaper!
Ada and Harry正下班回家：One please.
他们迫不及待地打开报纸，Ada 尖叫起来：Harry ,you see. Snap, our Snap!
Harry: Yeah! Snap!
Ada and Harry: Snap goes by Bus!
旁白：Lots of people came to ride on the bus with Snap so the bus driver made plenty of money. Ada and Harry 回到家，拿报纸给Snap看:You see ,Snap ,This is you.(Snap is very happy)
众人将Snap围在中间，有节奏地拍手，大喊：Snap! Snap! Snap! Snap! Snap! Snap! Snap! （鞠躬，谢幕）
