XX公司员工福利存在的问题及对策研究
【摘要】当前,员工福利在企业中的作用日益明显,不仅对员工的工作具有激励作用,也能够帮助企业在人才市场上取得竞争优势。但当前员工福利体系不健全成为大多数中小企业的共同问题,阻碍企业的发展壮大。本文通过对XX公司进行调查研究,根据公司员工福利现状及存在的问题,提出优化XX公司员工福利制度的意见和建议,为优化XX公司的员工福利制度提供参考。
本文采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、实地调研法这三种研究方法,深入了解研究XX公司员工福利状况和员工福利满意度情况。研究发现,XX公司员工福利存在宣传不到位、员工了解程度低、福利项目过于单一,缺乏精神激励、福利行业竞争力不强、福利项目缺乏针对性、福利缺乏内部公平性的问题,并由此提出五个针对性的改进员工福利的对策和建议。本文的研究结论对优化XX公司的员工福利体系具有一定的理论指导作用。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of
Employee Welfare in XX Company
[Abstract]At present, the role of employee welfare in enterprises is becoming more and more obvious, which not only has an incentive effect on employees' work, but also helps companies gain a competitive advantage in the talent market. But the current employee welfare system has become a common problem for most SMEs, hindering the development and growth of enterprises. Based on the investigation and research of XX Company, this article puts forward opinions and suggestions for optimizing XX Company's employee welfare system according to the company's employee welfare status and existing problems, and provides reference for XX Company's employee welfare system.
This article adopts three research methods: literature research method, questionnaire survey method and field survey method to deeply understand and study the employee welfare and employee welfare satisfaction of XX Company. The study found that the employee benefits of XX Company are not well publicized, employees have a low level of understanding, the welfare program is too singular, lack of spiritual incentives, the competitiveness of the welfare industry is not strong, the welfare programs are not targeted, and the welfare lacks internal fairness. Put forward five targeted countermeasures and suggestions for improving employee welfare. The research conclusion of this paper has a certain theoretical guiding role in optimizing the employee welfare system of XX Company.
