2017厦门教师招聘面试流程早知道

1.确认面试对象

教师招聘面试，根据各地实际情况，怒同样划定笔试成绩合格线，而是按照笔试总成绩从至低分，一般以拟招聘数1：3或1:5的比例确定面试人选。如果实际参加面试人数达不到规定比例要求的，按实际人数确定面试人选或相应调减招聘人数。

2.面试报到及抽题

考生需提前30分钟到达指定地点报到，工作人员要核对学生身份证信息。之后，由工作人员根据系统安排好的时间，通知考生面试的顺序和考试内容，抽题:第一种情况是由同一学科学段的第一名抽取面试考题，其他考生也使用同一套考题;第二中情况是由每个考生抽取各自的考题。

3.候考

考生报到完毕后进入候考区准备考试，需携带的证件有准考证和身份证。到指定地点做说课或试讲考核前的准备。教师招聘面试根据各地实际情况，一般备课时间是30分钟到60分钟。

4.进入考室

引导员到候考室宣布：“请xx号考试入场”。不允许引导员直接叫考生姓名，否则算是严重违反考试纪律，一般引导员也只知道考生的顺序编号。

5.作答

作答依据不同面试形式而有所不同。报自己的考试顺序号，说明说课或试讲的课题，然后开始进行说课或试讲活动。说课和试讲时间一般为10-20分钟。在答辩(非结构化面试)时，时间一般不会超过15分钟。(特别注意的是，考生不能自报姓名，如在考场内自报姓名，考

生会被当场取消面试资格。考生应试时只向面试组报告本人抽签顺序号，不得以任何方式向评委透露或暗示本人的姓名等信息。)

6.评定成绩

考官将各自对考生的评分表交给计分员，计分员在合算分数时一般会把考官所打分数去掉一个最，去掉一个最低分，求出平均分。核算完毕，交给监督员审核。审核完毕后，由工作人员记录在案。

7.成绩查询和公布成绩

分两种情况：一种是面试结束后，工作人员核算完分数，当场宣布面试成绩，等所有面试结束后，将笔试与面试的综合成绩公布并确定拟聘人员；第二种是面试结束后考生回家等待，网站将公布面试成绩、总成绩、排名以及入围和体检名单。When you are old and grey and full of
