自主学习的方法和好处

大家都知道自主学习是提高学习成绩的一个有效办法。我认为所谓自主学习，说的通俗一点，就是自己学习。有不少同学不会自主学习，只能跟着老师走，作为学生学会自主学习是非常重要的。现在倡导的是终身教育，也就是活到老，学到老，这种教育方式强调了学习自主性有多么重要。这让我想起了一句名言，叫做：今后的文盲不是不识字的人，而是那些不会学习的人!

自主学习是一种能力，看起来简单，但想要坚持却很难。自己有没有自觉主动的学习态度就是起决定性作用的一点。

那么怎样自主学习呢简单的用一句话概括就是先弄懂最基础的知识，再通过做练习和与其他人讨论的方式扩充这些知识，最后把他们吸收到大脑里，也就是记住他们。以下是我以平时学习经验总结的具体

首先，要加强对自己的管理力，能够抵御各种诱-惑，还要对外界的干扰，做到波澜不惊。比如，上完补习班后是巩固一下所学知识呢还是玩电脑呢这个选择的后者对一些人很有诱-惑力。但一定要选择前者，因为把课上的内容再巩固一遍可以加深印象，否则又忘了等于没学，既浪费时间又浪费经历。

其次，要给自己制定一个切实可行的学习计划。绝不能把别人的计划照搬过来。因为你有自己的习惯，别人的计划化不一定适合你。想让计划适合自己并且有事半功倍的效果，就要开动脑筋，自己思考了。

第三，利用周末和假期查找自己的漏洞。找出自己的弱点，加强练习，直到熟练。一段时间之后，你在这一方面你就会更上一层楼。

第四，要学会自我评价学习效果。我们不仅要学，在学完了之后还要检测自

己。避免我们对自己满意，认为自己什么都会，到过招的时候，才埋怨对方不按套路出拳。

总而言之，自主学习是一段艰难的过程，一个人如果想要成功，就得从冷板凳做起，尝尝痛苦的滋味。到了以后，通过自身的反复学习，会让这种程序变得很有趣，更会让他成为你的一个好帮手。
